In this world, we don't care about the date, or the day, what our age is, or what we live for. That stuff is useless here. In this world all that matters is the time in which we will pass on. My name is Demetri. The year we don't really know. We've stopped caring about that around the 3000's. Since then, no one knows. Nothing has changed much. According to our textbooks, we still have Automobiles. There are no such as jet packs or cure for cancer. Just one thing is different from the world of the past. We have our own clocks that count down to the time of our death. It was supposed to be a great discovery by our scientists today. The only catch is that we only know our time, not anyone else's. It's more of we can't see their times and we rather not know.

It all started when the scientists discovered if you tap deep into the cells in our brain that keep track of time, or the "time cells", we could see all sorts of different times. At first people thought it was a hoax and it didn't really benefit mankind in any way for the first 50 years. Yeah, we could tell the time without looking at a clock and be able to keep perfect track of time, but as I said, not as big as sliced bread. That was until one person that went by the name of Rick Din found out he could see even farther then everyone else. He could see how much time left he had until the time of his death. Soon everyone knew, and nobody knew. You see, people could only see the time of their death. It was a blessing and a curse in one beautifully wrapped package. No one was physically possible to be able tap that far into the "time cells." But, that's where I come in. The names Dimitri, Dimitri Koehler.
