OC Bio: Jack Mancer is the son of the highly respected and feared PureBlood Mancer family and is the first of them to go to Hogwarts as his father and Mother went to DurmStrang and Beautox Academy, however his family home was destroyed by an explosion of unknown cause which killed his parents leaving him with his Grandfather Draven who gave him his Dad's amulet (A blue and black DragonHead made out of Gold)and told him that when he turned 14 he would get his dad's Robes, then lectured him constantly about Blood Purity and Marriage which Jack took little notice of, when he was of age he went to Diagon Alley before boarding the train and meeting Harriet Potter and Rina Weasely
Family: Charles Mancer (Father) (Deceased) and Maria Mancer (Mother) (Deceased) , Draven Mancer (GrandFather), Zera Mancer (Grandmother).
Magical Blood: Pure Blooded.
Family Bio: The Mancers are as ancient as House Black and are most famous for Charles Mancer creating a new apparat Spell called Light Step and pioneering Lighting Magic as a new and powerful form of magic (Think the Flying Thunder God technique, or Flying Rajin that Minato uses to teleport around In Naruto), they are also well known for having the most connections out of the sacred 28 however still respect Muggles as Charles believes that if one has enough determination and resilience they can become great no matter there blood, these connections are mostly from Jack's Grandpa and Grandmother who attended Drumstrang and Beautox Academy respectively becoming highly successful and respected by Igor Karkoroff and Olympe Maxime. The Family also posses magical abilities that manifest in one or both of their eyes as a lighting bolt in their Iris and makes a Bolt scar appear on the eye that it manifests in (This happens at birth), called the Eye Of Thunder which boosts their Lighting Magic significantly and gives them a lighting barrier to shield them from spells like expeliarmus and Avad Kadab Bra.

Pets: A Spiritual Lighting Wyrm given to him by his Father called Elik.

(This is what Elik looks like except he is made of pure Lighting and only manifests if Jack wants him to or if he's in danger (if agitated he sparks electricity very violently and try's to fry his attacker and will only calm down if petted by Jack, (He is quite shy and doesn't like to meet others, other than Jack or his parents)
