Bokuto x Reader

Sleepover pt2

The others arrive shortly after Yui and they all make introductions to her. Sakuras parents bought her some booze to bring round so we all start playing drinking games and listening to music. Akaashi asks if it's okay for some of the other volleyball team to come over and you agree.

Maybe that's fair since there's only 2 boys and 4 girls. They must feel out of place.

As she gets drunker, Yui starts to feel more comfortable with all the boys, especially Akaashi and Bokuto. She's always been one to get along with boys easy, she's beautiful, funny and has an amazing personality. It's not easy to compete with her.

"Guys let's play spin the bottle!" Rika suggests. We all agree that's a good game to play and she spins first. She lands on Tatsuki and he does a small victory fist towards the boys.

You keep playing on and its now akaashis turn. As it spins, you see Sakura hoping it'll be her. It does in fact slow down near her, but on the next person.

"BOKUTO! No way. I'm spinning again."
"Awww that's cheating, come on, give me a kiss darling." He laughs hysterically and pecks Akaashi on the lips. Everyone sits in shock but laughing at the poor boy.

"My turn!" Yui speaks up.
She spins and you notice her staring straight at Bokuto. Since the Gods favour her. It does in fact land on him.

"Getting two in a row. Someone wants to get action." The boys all tease him.
"You know, you're right. Having two in a row shouldn't be allowed."
Yui quickly objects.
"It's the rules, it did land on you after all."
For some reason you feel your cheeks heat up as you stare at your friend. Reluctantly, Bokuto gives in and gives her a peck. On the cheek.
The boys go insane with laughter.
"No way did he give Akaashi more action than Yui!"

Embarrassed, Yui gets up and runs to the bathroom. Usually you would go and comfort her, but for some reason you didn't feel bad for her. You spot Bokuto staring at you and smiling.

As the night gets later, you all need to decide where to sleep. Yui left to go stay in a hotel. The sofa and living room floor were taken and Sakura was passed out in the bathroom. You and Bokuto were the last two up so you took him and his sleeping bag into your bedroom.

You lay on the bed and he lays on the floor. You turn and hang your head off to look at him. His hair was now down and you noticed how handsome he really was.
"What?" he chuckles at you.
"Oh nothing, um, why did you not kiss Yui?"
"Why would I?"
"Well it's part of the game,"
"I guess, but i'm not interested in her."
"Oh but you are in Akaashi?"
He bursts out laughing. It's so contagious you laugh too
"That's just a joke. He's my best friend. Embarrassing him is what i do best."

You sit in silence for a few minutes.
"Bokuto?"
"Yeah,"
"Are you my best friend?"
"Of course I am."

With that, you smile and both fall asleep for the night.
