Maid To Stay

Chapter 3

Kinabukasan ay maagang gumising si Sheena kahit sabado ngayon at walang pasok dahil may usapan sila ni Devon. Habang nakatapis ng tuwalya dahil kalalabas lang sa banyo ay may kumatok, dahil excitement ay nawala sa isip niya na naka towel lang siya na hanggang kalahati ng hita niya lay kitang kitang na magandang hubog at mapuputi niyang hita.

Mabilis siyang naglakad at agad na binuksan ang pintuan. Nakangiting si Devon ang nabungaran niya, ngunit agad iyong napalis ng bumaba ang tingin sa kanyang suot at malalim na napalunok. Siya naman na napasinghap at mabilis na sinarado ang pinto, at mabilis na kumuha ng roba si Sheena at bumalik sa pintuan kahit na pulang pula ang kanyang mukha. Pakabukas niya ay ganon pa rin ang mukha ni Devon. Sobrang pula ng mga mukha nito, at halatang halata iyon dahil sa kaputian nito. Bumalik ang tingin nito sa mukha niya at matagal silang nagtitigan.

Timikhim siya at binasag ang katahimikan. "Magbibihis lang ako." Sabi niya at mabilis itong tinalikuran at isinara ang pinto.

'Oh my god, Sheena you're so careless.'

Mabilis siyang nagbihis at lumabas na. Naging awkward ang paligid ng papunta sila sa sasakyan nito. Pinagbuksan siya nito ng pinto.

"Salamat." Mahinang sabi niya, at pumasok na sa front seat ng BMW nito.

"So where are we going?" Tanong niya ng nasa highway na sila.

"We'll eat first and then we're going to watch movie." He said then smile at her.

That day went out to be fine, she was so happy spending her whole day with him, mas nakilala pa niya ito ng lubusan. When evening comes he ask her to come with him in his condo may ipapakita raw ito sa kanya.

"Sit down first I'll be back in a minute, make your self comfortable." Saad nito at pumasok sa isang pintuan na hula niya ay kwarto nito.

Inilibot niya ang tingin sa kabuuan ng condo, it screams luxury and manliness.  Ngayon lang nag sink in sa kanya kong gaano ka yaman ang mga Mendes. The condo was simply decorated, minimal styled, the walls were tulips white there were paintings from famous painters. The place was over looking the view of the city it is located in 49 floor after the penthouse. Maya maya pa ay lumabas na si Devon sa kwarto nito.

"Hey, babe come here." Mabilis siyang pumunta sa kinarorounan nito. Inilahad nito ang isang panyo at pinatalikod siya. "Let me put this to you before we enter my room." Naramdaman niyang naglalakad sila papunta sa kanang bahagi ng condo. Maya Maya pa ay naramdaman niya ang malamig na simoy ng hangin. Dahan-dahan nitong tinanggal ang panyo.

She was literally owed dahil sa kanyang nakit, the terace was not that spacious but it was decorated well, very well actually. There were Christmas lights everywhere, petals were scattered everywhere and in the left side is where the candle light dinner was set up and on the other side was an organ.

"Wow." Lumingon siya dito "who set this up?"

"I called my men and commanded them to set this up when we were in the movie theater, I saw how your eyes sparkled when the man set a romantic date to his girl, uhmm so I-I thought of doing this." Halatang nahihiya na sabi nito. Dumukwang siya dito at mabilis na niyakap si Devon, naramdaman niyang na tigilan ito ngunit niyakap din siya pabalik.

"Thank you." I sincerely said and looked up to him and smiled.

"No need babe, i'm doing this kasi nga nanliligaw ako." He said gently.

Iginiya na niya ako para maupo sa silya. I never thought that he's this serious akala ko it was just a mere attraction or challenge kasi diba girls in America is not that hard to get cause they're just cool with having sex. I mean I am not judging them or saying they're wrong that's already their culture and I think it's cool. Sinulyapan ko so Devon habang kumakain, he is really handsome, those brown tantalizing eyes are hypnotising. I think he noticed me staring at him, nag angat siya ng tingin at nginitian ako.

'Oh my'

I think my heart just did a back flip, agad akong yumuko at ipinagpatuloy ang pagkain. Nang matapos ay bigla siyang tumayo at pumunta sa harap ng organ.

"This is just what I brought kasi masyadong malaki ang piano I hope you don't mind." Sabi niya pagkatapos ay nagsimula ng tumugtog.

'Oh my God, that's my favorite song.'  He's playing Thinking Out Loud by Ed Sheeran and it's my most favorite song the message was just so sweet. And now someone is playing that song for me, the feeling was so overwhelming. He so sweet, I think my heart just skipped a beat. Nagpatuloy siya sa pag tugtog and when the chorus was near he stopped and fetch his phone and played the song, nag tataka ko siyang tinignan. He stood up and walk to my direction. Nang nasa harapan ko na siya ay inilahad niya ang kanyang kamay.

"Sheena may I have this dance?" He nervously said. Without any hesitation I took his hands and stand up.

He put my hands around his nape and he put his hands around my waist and we swayed slowly. I looked up at Devon and he was also looking at me. I can't believe this man was really attracted to me I mean I know I have looks but I'm just simple I don't wear sexy clothes not because I don't want it but simply because I can't afford it. I also don't wear make ups. I just can't believe it, he's too good to be true. This situation I am in right now is too good to be true. Nababasa ko lang ang ganitong kwento noon kaya ang hirap talagang paniwalaan. Maya maya pa ay kinabig niya ako ng marahan at inilagay ang ulo ko sa may dibdib niya para na kaming nagyayakapan. The ambiance was so romantic we were slowly dancing under the stars and moon.

"Sheena?" Tawag niya saakin. I can hear the loud beating of his heart inside his chest.

"Hmmm" marahang tugon ko, as I closed my eyes and feel the moment.

"Will you believe me if I say I'm already falling for you?" Nagulat ako sa sinabi niya at mabilis akong humarap ra kanya, I searched for his eyes.

"Devon? I don't know, this is so fast and y-you're too good to be true. I mean I'm just your maid, amo kita. There are a lot of gorgeous  woman ouside who are more deserving than me. Why? A-anong nagustuhan mo saakin?" Nagugulohang tanong ko sakanya. I know I shouldn't have said that kasi parang minamaliit ko ang sarili ko but I can't help it I want to head his answers.

"Sheena," he cupped my cheeks and continued talking "I don't care if you are just a maid, I don't care if you're just my employee all I know is that I love you, your smile, your kindness the way you speak is just so attractive. Yes, Sheena I love you, I love you with everything I am, and please babe don't underestimate yourself yes maybe you are our maid for now, but hey you have dreams you have passion, your eager to rise up so please stop doing that. And about the other girls I don't care about them, I only want my Sheena Lily." Naluluha ako habang pinapakinggan siya. How can this man be so sweet, he's a gift from above.

"Are you really this sweet?" Unti unti sumilay ang mga ngiti nito.

"Only for my lovely Sheena." He said at nagpatuloy kami sa pagsasayaw.

That day when I sleep at night I admitted to my self na I love him too. I love Devon Mendes. Natulog ako ng may ngiti sa labi.
