Real life!

Kenzie ran up to Johnny and hugged him. She couldn't help it; she was dying to meet him. Johnny hugged her back, and they shared a long embrace.

"Ooh, Jenzie!" Annie cooed.

"Should I take a picture and post it so the fans go crazy?" Brynn chimed in.

The two pulled away from each other and glared at their friends. Nadia stood in a corner, rolling her eyes.

"Anyways, I'm hungry," Hayden said. "Anyone up for exploring the town?"

Everyone agreed. They first changed into more summery clothes and told the parents where they were going before leaving. They decided to walk since everything was walking distance from the beach house.

They arrived at a town square that had a lot of shops of tourists and different restaurants on the street. Carson and Brynn headed toward one of the shops, while Kenzie and Johnny headed toward one of the outdoor restaurants. Everyone went their separate ways, unexpectedly.

That left Nadia, Hayden, Lauren, and Annie. Nadia wanted to hang out with Johnny alone, but Kenzie took that spot. So, she decided to stick with the others.

They went to a tiki bar. They got tropical drinks and fries. Hayden and Annie sat a little ways away from the others.

"So, how does it feel to get out the house for once? It's been a while," Hayden joked, nudging her arm.

Annie rolled her eyes. "Whatever, haybear."

Hayden momentarily stopped sipping his drink. He looked up at Annie. "Whoa there, child. Only Lauren calls me that."

Annie raised her eyebrows. "I'm sorry, did you just call me a child? You're barely a year older than me!"

The two burst out laughing. Annie didn't want to admit it, but she was enjoyed this time with Hayden. Despite what Kenzie said about her deserving better than Hayden, she couldn't help but like him. They've known each other for so long; it was inevitable for her.

But, that time was cut short. Lauren ran up to them, a smile on her face.

"They're having a sale on Bahamas hoodies! You know I love a good hoodie. Can you buy me one?" She looked over at Annie. "You want to come, Anns? I'll make Hayden buy you one."

Annie shook her head. "Nah, I'll just wait here."

"Ok, we'll be back," Hayden said before Lauren led him to the shops. Nadia went with them, leaving her alone.

Annie sighed and ate her fries. She watched as a brunette guy who looked about her age went up to order his food. When he got it, he spotted her and walked over to where she was sitting.

"Is this seat free?" He asked. Annie wondered why he couldn't have sat in any of the free tables, but she thought he was kind of cute.

"Yeah," she said. He slid into the seat next to her and took a sip of his drink.

"Are you by any chance here for the Vanity Fair shoot?" The guy asked.
