i slowly opened my eyes, everything was too bright to look at for a few seconds. Once everything focused in I realized I was standing in my junior high classroom. "Ok everyone raise your hand if you're planning on going to UA" I looked to the front of the class, I remember this day. It was one of the last days of school, it was the day I got attacked by that slim villain. I saw me sitting in my usual spot and deku in his own. The day was going just how it did that day. The day had fast forward everyone moving in a blur. Then it stopped...deku was on the floor. "There actually might be another way" I heard myself say in a venom drenched voice. "Just pray you'll be born with a quirk in your next life" the younger me said in a matter-of-fact tone. "Shut up!" I yelled to myself, "I didn't mean it!".

"And take a swan-dive off the roof of the building" younger me said menacingly. "No, I never wanted to say that it just came out" i mumbled to myself.

I watched as I walked out of the room, but the image stayed on deku. He had stopped crying and had picked up his bag. I followed him as he walked down the halls of our old school. He walked to the staircase, I thought he was going to go down but he went up. He didn't stop till he had reached the roof. Suddenly I couldn't move as it made me stare onward as deku took his bag off his shoulders. Next he took his shoes and set them neatly next to his bag. "No please dont!" I screamed but it fell on deaf ears. He climbed over the railing and suddenly...

He looked directly at me, like he knew I was there. He gave me a small smile, his eyes looked dead as he turned around and faced the dreadful height. "No please!" I screamed. But it was to late, he let go of the railing and i felt as he plummeted down with a sickening

cRacK!

I was able to move once again and I sprint to where he was just a second ago. I stared down in horror, it made me see every detail as my younger self looked down at the now limb izuku that had fallen right in his way of walking home. Both of us called out to him he was already dead...

"Izuku..." my younger half said quietly as he fell to his knees sobbing. As I did curling in a ball next to his bag and neatly placed shoes...

All I could see was izuku's dead gaze staring up at the sky as he laid there, blood trickling down the path staining everything red. "I'm sorry..." I mumbled incoherently.

I kept saying it as the image of him falling played over and over and over in my head. "It's my fault...i'm so sorry" it zoomed to his funeral. His mother was there crying by his coffin as my younger self and my family stood there not being able to move. I layed there on the floor curled up on my side not daring to peek out from my arms. Then just like that the screams and whispers stopped. There were no more sounds...

just emptiness.
