natalie and david decided to go out to the bar by them selves because they needed some me time with eachother it's just like once and while they have to go out or stay home and lock the doors and just spend a couple hours with eachother alone
"nat you ready"
"yeah" she says walking out of her room putting a few last things in her bag
"are you ready" she asks him
"as ready as i'll ever be"
they walk out and get in the uber because they knew they were going to be drinking
even though david don't drink at times like these he does sometimes he just needs to let loose
after a couple round of shots and a lot of beers they were severely drunk
natalie gasps indicating she came on with a good idea
"dave we should do karaoke"
"yes" he says really exited
they go up to the guy working the karaoke
"we would like to sing a song" natalie says very drunk
"ok what song"
natalie looks at david
"tik tok kesha" they say at the same time
this song has been the song they sing every time they do karaoke since they were in highschool
they grab the microphones and start singing
"tik tok on the clock but the party don't stop" they sang out
it felt we were the only people in the room like we were kids again
the songs over and they walk off stage
they start laughing and walk back to the bar to ask for another round of shots
they walk out of the bar around 2 in the morning
there sitting outside waiting for there uber to get there
natalie looks at him and smiles
"what"
"nothing i'm just so happy we did this"
"me too"
they look in each other's eyes and start to lean closer
that kiss was better them both of them expected but again they were drunk
they break the kiss but she's still holding his face
"your mouth taste like alcohol" she says smiling
"so does yours" he says back laughing
"yeah" she whispers while shaking her head and going leaning back in to kiss him
he backs away from the kiss "nat as much as i would love to be doing this right now our ubers here and he waiting"
"oh right" she laughs
they get in the uber, a couple minutes deep in the car ride she lays her head on his shoulder
"i want pizza" she says watching out of the window
"ok i'll get you some"
