"So, Elijah Mikaelson." He started as he looks at Elijah whom bowed slightly towards Anastasia's father.
"Yes sir." He says as Anastasia's father walks up towards him and stood up next to him as they stare at each other down.
"Do you truly love my daughter?" He asks crossing his arms as Elijah held his posture staring straight into his eyes showing no fear like he did towards his own father a thousand years ago.
"With everything in me, sir. Your daughter will always be my one and only love." He tells him truthfully as Rebekah walks up towards Anastasia holding her hands.
"Yet you have loved other women when my daughter was daggered by Niklaus." He looks towards Niklaus who inhaled sharply and let out a nervous cough making Kol and Finn smirk.
He soon looked back at Elijah as his eyes went to the floor feeling the guilt wash over him again.
"Father." Anastasia says and he held a finger up towards her.
"Darling, father is quite busy right now." He says in a fatherly tone and she rolls her eyes.
"I know, that I have done mistakes and loved other women from the past, but never once have I ever slept with any of them. Whenever it would go towards that level, I would either remember my Anastasia and stop immediately or Niklaus would barge in and yell at me for breaking my vows with Anastasia." He sighs before looking towards Anastasia in the eyes.
"She may have forgiven me, but I know I have scarred her forever. I promise that I will never ever love any woman again except her and that is a promise I will keep and never break. If anyone tries to break us even if my family tries to do so then I will end them myself before going back to my love." He tells him with full of devotion in his words and his family wasn't surprise about it at all. Her father stared at Elijah for a few minutes before holding his hand out.
"Aven Hildin." He says his name and Elijah shook his hand firmly.
"Pleasure on meeting you." Elijah says and Aven nodded as they let each other go. Everyone let out a sigh except Anastasia who is delighted about it.
"Seems like you will be just fine with him, Anastasia." "Always." She says crossing her arms.
"Only him, not them." He pointed towards the three Mikaelsons who looked shock and offended.
"Father, be nice." Anastasia scolded.
"Totally just like your mother." He mutters and Anastasia smiles proudly.
"Like mother like daughter after all." She says swaying as Aven chuckles walking up to her and giving her head a kiss.
"I do have to agree on that. I must go, I have to hunt him down and end this." He mutters and Anastasia's smile faded as she nodded her head.
