PROLOGUE

PROLOGUE:

TZUYU's POV

"The Song Of The Year award goes to..." The MC stopped and it made this moment more intense. The drum rolls started again making everyone nervous. I can hear loud cheers from fans behind us as we wait the winner to be announce. I won't deny it, we also want this award. Who wouldn't? This is a freakin' Daesang!

"Congratulations...TWICE!!!" With big eyes and mouth dropped, we tried to atleast stand up. We are shocked, of course. We want this but we didn't expect that it will be given to us. There are many groups aside from us but we're chosen as the winner.

I tried to pull myself together as I stood up. My co-members are still at the moment of shocked and can't even move. I told them that we need to go to the stage now and receive the award. I helped them stand up and we started to make our way to the center stage. Other idols started bowing at us and congratulate us. I can also hear the loud cheers from our fans. I smiled as I walked beside Mina who's also smiling but I can see her eyes teary. Nayeon, Momo, Sana, Jihyo, and Dahyun started crying while Jeongyeon, Mina, Chaeyoung are trying to stop their tears from falling. Me? I am just smiling widely. I am not a very emotional person whenever I'm happy and everyone knows that.

Jihyo received the trophy and Jeongyeon received the bouquet. We formed a straight line and Jihyo is in the center, in front of the mic. She's still crying and can't talk so Jeongyeon beside her started caressing her back to calm her. Jihyo looked at us, smiled, and slightly nodded. Signaling that we'll say our greetings now.

"1,2,3, One in a Million! Hello, We are Twice!" We all said together and Jihyo tried to calm herself again as she needs to say her speech.

"Onces! Thank you so much for letting us win this award for the second time. This is our second year to win this award and that's because of y'all. Thank you so much for always giving us your support and love. Thank you for still being with us this year. Without y'all, Twice wouldn't be here. Your existence is the most important to us. Thank you so much! We will do our best to give you a better music in the future. Thank you! We love you!!" She ended her speech while still crying.

Mina headed in front of the mic and started to say her speech. She finished and the members looked at me.
"Tzuyu-ah, would you like to say something? Go ahead" Nayeon said beside me and lead me in front of the mic. The fans started cheering again and I smiled. Mina gave me the trophy and smiled at me. I hold the trophy as I look at our fans in front of us.

"Onces, thank to everyone who've been with us through these years. Thank you so much for letting us win this award again. We won this award because of you so this is not just for us, this award belongs to y'all too. Thank you so much for working hard with us and giving us a never-ending love and support. We would also like to take this opportunity to give our gratitude to everyone who are always with us behind the cameras. They are also the reason behind this award. To our manager, make-up artist, stylist, to all the staffs, and of course to our CEO JYP. Thank you for working hard to give us a great music and to be able to perform properly. And last, to my members who are working very hard. Guys, we've done our best. Thank you for your hard works and also for taking good care of me. Thank you to everyone who are supporting us! Thank y'all so much. We will do our best and we'll work harder for y'all! We love you so much!!" I ended my speech with a smile and we made our bow together in front of everyone. The fans' cheer became louder and everyone stood up and clapped their hands. The nine of us looked at each other with a smile and we did a group hug. They started crying again as we did a group hug here in the center of the stage. I chuckled and we decided to exit.

We headed on the back stage and the staffs congratulated us. We did a group hug together with our staff. Our manager get the trophy and bouquet from us and told us that we need to go back on our seat cause the next award will be announce now. We fixed ourselves and went back to our seat. The idols bowed and smiled at us and we did the same.

"The Artist Of The Year award goes to..." The MC stopped like he always do and the drum rolls started again. The loud cheers can be hear again from the fans. I already have a group that I expect to win this award, that group is...

"BTS!!! Congratulations!" We all stood up and clapped our hands as we look at the said group. The loud cheers from the fans became louder. BTS hugged each other as soon as they stood up. Idols started bowing at them. BTS turned around at us and bowed so we did the same. A member from them looked at me and bowed again so I did the same. He's Kim Taehyung. I thought he will bow at the other idols after but he looked at me again and gave me a smile. I tried to avoid his look by bowing again at them. As I looked up, they already started heading to the center of the stage. I act like nothing happened. We sat down and watch BTS as they receive their award.
Why did he do that? Why did he smiled at me anyway? I know i'm kinda exaggerating right now but the cameras are everywhere here. They may caught us. I know we're not doing anything wrong but fans may speculate something. Fans are kinda insane sometimes.
I sighed a bit. I can see on my peripheral vision that Dahyun looked at me so I look back at her.

"Are you okay? You look kinda bothered" She said.
"I'm fine. Why would I be bothered?" I asked her back.
"Nothing. I just thought something is bothering you" She said and look back at BTS on the stage.
"I'm fine" I said again and just decided to watch BTS also.

BTS received the trophy and bouquet. Their leader, RM, stood in the center and started giving his speech. After him, Jin and Suga gave a speech also. Suga finished his speech and they looked at each other as if asking who will give a speech next. Then, Jungkook slightly pushed Taehyung in the center and Taehyung can't do anything, he just chuckled and stand in front of the mic. He smiled and look at their fans and started giving his speech. After he talk, they bowed together and we started clapping our hands again. The loud cheers from the fans became louder.
We all stood up and bowed to other idols. The awarding show is near to end. We just need to make our final bow. We walked through the stage and bowed to our fans. Other idols are busy giving their final bow also. As we walk, we met other idols and greeted them. I saw BTS members walking towards our place. My co-members and I bowed at them and BTS did the same. I saw Taehyung looking at me. Our eyes met and I avoided his gaze immediately. I just simply bowed at him again and he did the same. I continue walking with my co-members and we gave our last bow. We finally headed on back stage and directly go to our designated room.

"Girls, take a picture with your trophies first before you change clothes. Come here quickly" Our manager called us and handed the three trophies that we won. We took some pictures and handed the trophies back on our manager. She will put those trophies in the award room on JYP building.

The nine of us changed clothes and finally headed back on our dorm. It was a long and tiring day but atleast we won three awards and had a great time with our fans. I layed in my bed and without noticing it, i fell asleep immediately...
