Prologue

Victoria's POV

Let's play a game detective, and this is a private game so don't go tell your boyfriend about it. I'll stay in touch Victoria, and say hi to the Shadow for me or should I say Jaydan.

I read the note over and over again as I sat on my bed thinking about who could possible know that Jaydan was the Shadow. Jaydan only took his mask of once and that was after I was shot in the warehouse where the White Hawk kept me prisoner. We were the only ones there, so how did this person find out about Jaydan being the Shadow?

All these questions swirled around my head.

I was broken out of my reverie when there was a knock on my door.

"Vic, it's me. Are you decent?" I heard Jaydan's voice. I quickly stuffed the letter under my pillow before answering.

"Yeah!" I replied before Jaydan entered my room with a dashing smile.

"I brought us some chips and chocolates," he said as he held up a bag.

"Wow, what did I do to deserve a boyfriend like you?" I asked with grin.

"Well, I wonder that as well sometimes," he said with a wink making me scoff.

"Your supposed to say, of course my love, you deserve me and much more," I said in a fake British accent as a stand up and hug him.

He places his arms around my waist as he looks down at me.

"Well, then let me rephrase that. Victoria, my love, you deserve the world," he said in a British accent, a very good one.

"How was that?" He asked.

"Mmm, well it is okay, but there is room for improvement," I said.

"If that is the case then I will probably have to eat this sweets alone," he said.

"Aww nevermind, you did very well!" I told him.

"I thought so," he said with a smile, "now how about a movie and these sweets?"

"Sounds great, you can go set it up so long, I just want to use the facilities real quick," I told him with a kiss to his cheek before going to the bathroom. I give him a quick glance.

I don't care who this stalker is, but I won't allow him to take Jaydan away from me. I love Jaydan and no one is going to take him away from me. I guess I need to find this stalker before he shares Jaydan's secret...
