Lost in the middle of the sea
A lonely whale sang
In a different frequency.
It cried day and night
Waiting to be heard,
Longing to be found.
But it's cries were lost to the void,
Silence was the only answer
It seemed to gather.
Loneliness became it's partner,
And the whale wore it like an armour.
Not wanting to give up hope,
It swam further,
Further against the stormy waves,
Further towards the shore.
After what seemed like an eternity,
It's voice was heard;
It's cries were answered.
It's existence was finally revealed;
It became widely known
As the loneliest creature of the world.
This world may be like the sea,
With criticism as the stormy waves,
With your dreams like
The cries of the whale,
With your goal as the shore,
With unanswered efforts as
your friend.
Be like this whale,
Go forward like this whale,
Even for an eternity.
The future is not set in stone,
Go ahead and make your own throne.
Hardwork won't make you a fool
So strive hard towards your goal.
Even though it's hard to cope,
Don't give up hope.
The day may not be far
When you finally reach your shore.
