As the four Knights traveled through the dense forest, it was unknown to them that someone had been watching them, waiting for the right moment to strike. Melina saw the figure out of the corner of her eye and quickly stopped the trio. "What is it, Melina?" Grek asked with an air of impatience, too worried about the KoA base to care. Melina discreetly pointed upwards at the figure, looking a little offended that Grek was being impatient with her. Grek only had enough time to yelp in surprise before the hooded creature dropped down with an iron blade drawn. The four Knights drew their respective weapons and turned to face their stalker.
The figure lifted up its hood using its free hand to reveal... Corrupt, a half human-half wither. "I'm surprised you didn't notice me earlier," Corrupt rasped as it swung its blade at Grim. The Reaper blocked the blade with his new diamond scythe and retaliated with an attack of his own, causing Corrupt to take flight. "Now that we know who ransacked the base, can we head to somewhere with an actual defense?" Grek yelled as he slashed at Corrupt again, but only to be kicked back by the half wither. "Agreed!" Melina shouted as the Knights ran towards Sendaria.
