The Babysitter (A Shawn Mendes Fanfic)

Chapter 2

Crystal's POV
At around 12 o'clock I headed over to the neighbors and I tried to sound as happy as possible
I rang the door bell and a girl around 11 opened the door I was assuming I was babysitting her
"Hi I am Crystal I am here to babysit" I said trying to sound exciting
"Hi I'm Aaliyah" the girl said just them a lady came to the door
"Oh you must be Crystal I am Lily Mendes and this is my daughter you are babysitting" she said
"Okay" I said as I stepped into their house
"There are twenty dollars on the counter if you guys want to order pizza or something and Shawn is upstairs in his room but you don't need to worry about him" she said
I nodded and she kissed Aaliyah goodbye and left
"So what do you want to do??" I asked Aaliyah
"Let's watch a movie!" She said In her happy little 11 year old voice
We went to the living room and set up a mini movie theater with pillows and blankets and watched Finding Nemo one of my favorite movies
In the middle of the movie I had the urge to use the restroom
"Aaliyah where are you bathrooms?" I asked eagerly
"Go up stairs and the third door to you left" she said and I ran upstairs
I entered the room I thought was the bathroom but I guess I counted wrong because I ended up in a boys room and a handsome guy with brown hair and brown eyes was looking at me
"Omg I am sorry I was heading to the bathroom but I think I entered the wrong room I'm so so-"
"It's okay" the boy interrupted me "what's you name??"
"Crystal" I blushed I don't know why but just looking at him made sparks in my stomach
"Hi I am Shawn you must be Aaliyah's babysitter"
I nodded and there was a awkward silence for a few seconds but I managed to break it "umm can you please show me where you bathroom is??"
"Ohh yeah sorry about that he said as he walked over to the door next to his room"
"Thank You" I blushed

Shawn's POV
I was looking through my Twitter then suddenly a beautiful girl came in my room and she looked lost it turns out she thought my room was the bathroom I then realized she was Aaliyah's babysitter but well she was gorgeous I could not take my eyes off of her she blushed and it was just so darn cute
I then showed her the bathroom and headed downstairs because I wanted to get to know her better

Crystal's POV
I was done doing my business I headed downstairs to Aaliyah and saw Shawn in the kitchen
"Crystal can you come here for a minute" Shawn said
"Sure" I said and walked into the kitchen
"So your new here to Canada right?"
"Yep my mom and my brother moved here after my parents got a divorce"
"Ohh.um how old are you" he said trying to keep the conversation going
"I'm 16" I replied
"Really me too"
We chatted for a little longer but then I said I should check on Aaliyah so I left the kitchen
"Hey where have you been?"
"Oh I was just talking to your brother"
"Ohh you met him?" Aaliyah asked
"Yup I accidently walked into his room thinking it was the bathroom" Aaliyah laughed and then I asked her if she was hungry she said yes so I went back to the kitchen to order pizza
I entered the kitchen and saw Shawn looking through all the cabinets
"Hey I am going to order pizza you want any??" I asked
"Ohh yes please there is no food here" he whined which made me laugh

Shawn's POV
When Crystal laughed at me I couldn't help but smile she is so cute when she smiles i want to see her laugh more often I want her to be mine and I am going to figure out a way to make her mine
