Yooyoyoooyooyoyoy it's a new book?! What?! Didn't think this day would ever come! Well, read on reader.
Kie's POV
"Goddammit you're going too fast!" I yelled angrily at him.
He just laughed, "you're never going to get good at it if you don't practice." I rolled my eyes at his dumb comment. "Wanna try a bigger one?" he asked with a sheepish grin on his face.
"Fuck you Teddie!" I screamed at him, "I can't read anything bigger. My fucking dyslexia makes it hard enough for me when you read the bloody words so fast." My best friend, Teddie and I were sat in my basement practicing my stupid spelling words that my therapist forces me to do every night like a fucking five year old.
"Watch your language Cookie," he jumped over the back of the couch to sit next to me, "I'm not looking forward to your mum being mad at me because I didn't practice with you.
I rolled my eyes once again. "Shut up Teddie. And my name is not Cookie. It's Kie. You know that!" I whined as I said it.
( A/N Kie is pronounced like the word Key. I know how irritating it is to not be able to say the name right.)
"Yeah, yeah," Teddie mocked me, "your parents were planning on having a girl, but when they found out you were a dude, they didn't wanna change your name. Although, are you sure you're not a girl? I mean with your slim body and short height, I would mistake you for a girl if I didn't know you."
I aggressively shoved the son of a bitch away from me. "I'm sixteen and 152 centimeters! That's not that bad, idiot!"
"Whatever helps you sleep at night, Cookie," he so rudely added on the last part. I slapped his massive chest before laying back and putting my calves on his thighs.
"You ready for school tomorrow?" Teddie asked through a sigh. School. Also know as hell to many teens. This year would be my first year attending an actual public high school. All my life my mother had homeschooled me because of my dyslexia. I kept telling her I could handle it until she finally gave in.
"Ready as I'll ever be, I guess," I told him as I closed my eyes and thought about what school was like. I've seen the movies, but from how Teddie describes it, it's not as good as it sounds. I of course imagined myself meeting a boy, even though I already have a boyfriend. I imagined myself walking through the halls with everyone looking at me like I was a God.
We stayed in that position for awhile before Teddies mum rang him to tell him to go home. I said goodbye and went straight up to my room to sleep.

"Kie!" I heard my mum yell for the third time.
"I'm coming Mum, give me two seconds!" I yelled straight back at her. She was worried we were going to be late, but it was still an hour before school started. I fixed my blond hair, and sprayed some Axe on myself before rushing down the stairs to see my mum staring at her watch.
She sighed, "it's about time son! Get in the car before I have to drag you!" I put my hands up and walked towards the car. I was sat in there for awhile before my mum finally decided to come out of the house. And she was worried about me making her late.
"Forgetting something?" She asked as she held up my backpack. I grabbed it from her and put it down by my feet.
The ride was short so I arrived at the school forty five minutes before it started. I asked my mum what I was supposed to do, but she just shrugged and drove off. I took a moment to take in the view of the massive school before I was so rudely shoved out of my thoughts when a tall black hair, brown eyes guy bumped into me.
"Shit sorry, uh new kid?" he said the last bit in a 'surfer dude' tone. He was about 182 centimeters. A whole thirty centimeters more then me! Fuck this guy.
"It's fine, jerk," I whispered 'jerk' but he still heard it because next thing I knew, he was towering over me.
He grinned down at me, "sorry, what was that? I think I heard you wrong. What are you? A freshman? Calling a senior a jerk? Can't you tell how offended I am?"
"Nope," I said as I cranked my neck to look him in the eye. Although, his toned chest through his skin-tight shirt was a marvelous sight, "you don't look the slightest bit offended. In fact, you look like you are a football player, who has nothing better to do with his life, so he kicks around a ball to his mates and judges people who are better looking then you every once in a while. Am I wrong? Oh, and I will have you know, I'm not a freshman. I'm a junior fuck you very much."
He scoffed at me, "how are you a junior? My four year old sister is taller than you. Plus I've never seen you before."
"I was home schooled," I informed him, "your sister must be pretty tall for a four year old. You might want to get that checked out."
The guy backed away from me a little bit. "What's your name then junior?" he barked.
"What's yours?" I shot back at him. Before he could answer, a tall guy about the same hight as the guy I was just talking to shouted in our direction.
"Jesus!" He yelled, "Jesus! Hey mate what's up?" The kid finally caught up to where we were, "who's this?"
I smiled at the guy. Not because I wanted to be friendly, but the smile what from me figuring out the dudes name. Jesus. He must be Latino.
"Yo! What's up Mick! I don't know who this is," Jesus told the other guy, who I'm guessing is Mick, "I bumped into him, tried to apologize, then he went all coocoo on me."
"Fuck you Jesus!" I yelled at him before turning back towards the building and walking to it.
"Chill mate!" Jesus yelled at me, "I just wanted to know your name!" I flipped him off behind my back as I went into the school. Mate my ass. I knew I was over reacting, but it was sort of fun.
