Jesus POV

That kid. There is no way in Hell he is a junior. I mean he's so short and slim. I swear I'm gonna kill this kid. My best mate Mickey had to come up to us just when I was going to figure out that kids name, but Mick gave mine up first.

"So you have no clue who he is?" Mick asked me for the fifth time today, and it was only lunch. I shrugged and stirred my pasta around with my fork.

"Nope," I retorted, "he's a junior. That's all I know. I'm going to go look for him!" With that I stood up whilst Mick just sat there, rolled his eyes, and continued eating his precious pasta.

I didn't see the boy in the cafeteria, so I walked out of the area to where the classrooms where. After looking in classroom after classroom, the boy was no where to be found, so I checked the last place possible. The toilets. I shoved the door open and saw there was one closed stall out of the six. I just stood there waiting for whoever it was to come out. Not wanting to be creepy, I went on my phone and scrolled through Instagram.

About a minute later, the toilet flushed and out came the boy in all his glory. "Fuck," he said as he noticed I was there. Swearing seemed to be a habit of his. I might have to change that.

"Ah," I whined a little, "is that the way to great a mate?" He just rolled his eyes and tried to walk out of the room, but I stood in front of him. "You're not going till I figure out your name, shorty."

"Ew, don't call me that big guy," he said whilst making a disgusted face, "if you must know. My name is Kie. Now will you let me be?"

I was going to let him go, when the thought occurred to me. "Have you eaten lunch yet Kie?" I asked him, my body still blocking his right away. He trekked to push past me, but I stood firm. "Have you?"

"No, I normally skip the meal. Happy?" he asked a little annoyed. Skipped the meal? That's bad isn't it? Couldn't he get sick from not eating. I don't know why, but I felt bad for this kid. I was about to ask him if he wanted to finish lunch with me, when his phone dinged. I managed to see the name, Isaac, come up, but didn't see anything else. Kie frowned and told me he had to go.

"Who's that?" I asked him before he could push by me.

His frown grew more intense, "no one. Now let me through." His phone was now in a position where I could see the text. No, it's not snooping, it's uh, I accidentally read it.

One New Message: From Isaac
Why the hell aren't you at your house? I told you I was coming today! Fuck you Kie! FUCK YOU. If you don't come home right now, we are done! DONE!

"Woah that doesn't look like no one," I told him, "who the hell is that?" I don't know why, but I felt like I needed to protect this kid. Was this Isaac person his partner? Like a boyfriend or something? If so, he doesn't sound to nice.

"You fucking snooping around now? I have to go. Let me through!" He yelled the last bit at me.

"At least let me give you my number," I sighed.

He rolled his eyes, "I have a boyfriend. Plus, who said I can trust you."

"Just take it," I handed him a slip of paper that had my number on it, "I'm not trying to get in your pants, okay? I just wanna be friends."

Kie grabbed the paper and shoved passed me, leaving me alone in the washroom. There is something about that kid that I find interesting. Something about him seemed...broken?
