Forgotten

Chapter 1

"Omg Ry!" my best friend Andrea said to me on the phone. "what?" I asked. "I have the best news ever!" she squealed into the phone. "tell me!" I squealed back. "I will but not over the phone!" "why?" "because it is super big news!" "fine. I will be home in like 20 minutes." "ok bye!" she said and hung up. I quickly drove to our house considering that we share a house. I parked in my spot in the garage and walked in. "I'm home!" I yelled and put my keys on the table next to the door. "hey!" Andrea yelled from the living room. I hung my purse on a hook and walked upstairs to my bedroom. I quickly took a shower and changed out of my work clothes. Then walked down stairs and sat next to Andrea on the couch. "so what's the news?" I asked. "well I think I am the greatest person ever!" she said taking her eyes away from the tv which was on toddlers and tiaras. "and why would you say that?" I asked. "you will see tonight!" "what are you talking about?" I asked. "well I can't tell you because then it wouldn't be a surprise but what I can tell you is that we are having guests for supper." "Andrea what did I tell you about eating people for supper?" I said sarcastically. "hahaha so funny! But seriously you are going to love me for this! Oh and dress nice!" she said. "ok!" "oh and we are going out to eat. They are going to be picking us up!" she said before leaving the room and going to her bedroom. I watched tv for a little bit and went to my room to get ready.

I was in my room when I heard the doorbell ring. "I got it! You stay in your room and finish getting ready! Someone will get you when I want you" she said running down the stairs. I listened to her and finished getting dressed until I heard a knock on the door.

Andrea's POV

I ran down the stairs and opened the door and saw Sam, Nate, and Kenny standing there. "Hey!" I said opening the door for them to come in. They walked in and followed me to the living room. "Ry will be done in like 5 minutes." I told them. We sat there discussing stupid things for a little bit and decided to have someone go get Rylee "hey um Sam. Can you go get Ry? I have to go get my purse." i said. "um. Sure." Sam said awkwardly. "it's the third door on the right." I said as he walked upstairs.

Rylee's POV

I looked at my outfit in the mirror before opening the door. I opened the door only to see the person I haven't seen in 8 years. The person who I was best friends with before I had to move. The person that I had a crush on. But I know I got over it. I stood there in shock. What if he doesn't remember me? What if he doesn't like me anymore? What if he is mad at me? All these negative things kept running threw my head. I decided that I should just pretend that I don't remember him.

Sam's POV

"hey um Sam. Can you go get Ry? I have to go get my purse." Andrea asked me. "um. Sure." I said standing up. She told me where her room was and I walked up the stairs. I wonder who this "Ry" chick is. I wonder if she's hot. I got to the room and knocked on the door. I heard some shuffling and soon the door opened to show the hottest girl I had ever seen. I was staring at her until I realized who it was. My old best friend. She stood there shocked. What if she doesn't remember me and her being best friends? What if she doesn't like me? She couldn't possibly have forgotten me. I mean she wouldn't be standing here in shock if she didn't. Then again she could be a fan. That's probably the right answer. I think the best thing I can do right now is pretend that I don't know her. "hey I'm Sam." I said holding my hand out for her to shake. "hi. I'm Rylee." she said with a smile. Yep. She doesn't remember me.
