Begin Again

Now or Never

Stefani was working on her new record in the studio with BloodPop and other producers when Bobby came into the room to tell her that she has a guest. She immediately knew who that was and she hesitated for a while.

"Is that him?" She asked Bobby and he nodded. "He's waiting outside. He said he needs to talk to you." She didn't know what to do or how to deal with Bradley but she knew she just can't hide from him all the time so she decided to see him. Stefani excused herself from the recording room and went outside where Bradley was waiting.

She saw him standing under the tree looking at plenty of beautiful flowers in the yard with his hands in his pockets. Stefani approached him slowly.
"Bradley, I thought you would understand me" she said to him gently without making eye contact with him.

"Stef, look at me." Bradley raised her chin so that he could look into her hazel green eyes. "I also thought you would understand me. I thought you'd know that I can't be without you. And that I love you." Stefani removed his hand from her face and took a step closer to him which makes their faces only inches apart.

"Don't you remember how you left me? I know it was for both of us, Bradley. And I know that you care about me but I needed to move on. I needed someone to love me and take care of me."
She sighed.

"Baby, I'm here now. All you gotta do is trust me. That's all you gotta do." He wrapped his one hand around her waist and caressed her cheek with the other hand. And slowly leaned in for a kiss but he stopped before reaching her lips. Their lips are dangerously close to each other and Stefani forgot to step back. She was in the moment and couldn't think anything straight.

"I know you can feel that too. I know you still have feelings for me, baby." He whispered in his deep voice while caressing her lower back and looking into her eyes. Stefani suddenly realized what was happening and she pushed him away. "Don't call me baby. And I've said everything I need to say. This is the last time. Don't come to me ever again. We're done." And she walked away from him.

Before she could reach the door, she felt him  grabbed her wrist and turned her around. Before she could say anything, he pushed her up against the door, pinned her hands above her head and kissed her passionately. It happened too fast and Stefani didn't know how to react. Her heart was beating so fast and she unconsciously enjoyed his sudden kiss. Bradley's passionately devoured her plump lips, sucking and biting as she likes it. She didn't move her lips at all but she also didn't try to stop the kiss.  Her mind went blank and she simply was in the moment.

Bradley tried to deepen the kiss and licked her lips in a way of asking her to open her mouth. But she didn't. She finally realized what was happening and she tried to push his body pressed on her. She couldn't move her hands even though she used all of her strength. He clearly is much more stronger than her. She then decided to bite his lips since it was the only thing she could think of in that situation. Bradley stopped the kiss and groaned in pain.                 " Stef ?!?! " He yelled her name and let go of her.

"What the fuck, Bradley?! Are you out of your damn mind?! Didn't you hear what I just said? I told you I have a boyfriend and I love him!" Stefani shouted at him with angrily. "Stef, I was just trying to prove that you still have feelings for me. It's Now or Never. This might be my last chance and I'm taking it. You just don't want to admit your feelings because I hurt you and you're afraid I might hurt you again this time if you let me get back to your life. But I promise you this. I would never, baby. I would never hurt you again." 

Stefani tilted her head up slightly to prevent tears from falling. He was right. She's afraid of getting hurt again and she's afraid to trust him. She cannot risk her heart again. Not this time. Not when she already has a boyfriend who loves her so much. She made up her mind and tried her best not to show her sadness.

"Look, I'll tell you something. First, don't call me baby. Second, you're wrong.. I don't have feelings for you anymore. And third, don't try to prove anything ever again because you won't get me back." Bradley chuckled  at Stefani's words and starred into her eyes.

"Do you think I will believe that?! You are deceiving yourself and your heart. And you know that I never give up, right?" Bradley mischievously smiled which made Stefani side-eyed him with her mouth slightly open. Bradley couldn't stop smiling because Stefani looks so cute whenever she makes that face. Even when she's slightly angry.

" Stop smirking, you crazy shit!!! " She yelled and went back into the studio, slamming the door at his face. Bradley couldn't help but to laugh at her actions. She has no idea how adorable she is, he thought. "This girl is perfect in every way and I'm gonna get her back no matter what"
