Morning came and hee-jin found herself alone in her bed checking the clock noticing she was up early, deciding to get ready before it was time.
Making her way to the rest room to do her usual routine before getting back to her room pulling out her favorite hoodie and a skirt along a pair of white tennis and socks "hee-jin?" A soft knock on her door as her dad stepped in "where were you? Jimin was worried" right away questioning the man "i know and I'm sorry" looking down at his feet "i already talked with him" he walked to the bed sitting on the edge "i need to tell you something important"
Making her sit beside him "bora" his voice cracking, clearing his throat before continuing "you know she tried taking you away from me right?" Hee-jin nodded "when you were five and we fought for your custody i never told you why she really wanted to take you with her" staying quiet for a moment "your grandfather you might not remember him but he helped me a lot after the divorce and he would often visit to see you" a small smile creeping onto his features "you were so small back then"
"He passed away I did told you that" she nodded again intrigued by what he hid from her "he gave you 4 properties that would have been boras and her part of the company" her eyes wide open not believing her dads words "she falsified a blood test making it seem like you weren't my daughter but we ran the blood test ourselves, we found out you did were my child" hee-jin had mixed emotions she was angry, confused, sad not knowing how to react "and recently I got a new client just that I didn't knew it would be her fiance" moving back her head "i had to bear with it because he is a close friend of my boss"
"So when she got the chance she told me she had supposedly changed" not finding the courage to say the words he had wanted to not be true "she wants to meet you"

Another sigh escaped her lips as she leaned her head on the purple haired boys shoulder "what's wrong? Say it now or i won't ask again" she chuckled before looking down at her hands head still on his shoulder "bora wants to meet me" soobin pulled away making hee-jin almost fall "sorry... she wants to meet you?" Sitting back and letting her place her head back on his shoulder "i know i don't even know what to do"
"Meet her, i mean it's not like she will kidnap you" rolling her eyes at the younger "i do want to meet her i just... i don't want to at the same time, dad has always told me how of a selfish person she is and when he told me everything that happened between them, dammit!" A small pout on her lips "i will tell you what I think, okay?" Feeling her nod "meet her, just be cautious, talk about everything you want her to know and if she says odd stuff then... just cut the ties" shrugging as if it was simple "I don't know"
Groaning in frustration "and I think she is the reason dad and jimin have been fighting" shoving her head on her hands "they have been fighting? They look fine" she nodded sitting up straight "just twice thankfully, beomgyu doesn't know of the first one" mumbling the last part but audible enough for soobin "when?" Curiosity taking over him and wanting to help his best friend "it was a few weeks ago beomgyu stayed at taehyuns, dad came back drunk but they fought the next morning before jimin went to pick up beom"
