It was exactly 8:00 am, meaning that both boys where at school, searching for one of their friends.

Daniel held onto Corbyns hand as he dragged him though the school, making their way to their lockers.

Out of nowhere Zach came running up to the two boys "he's- I" Zach stumbled over his words frantically trying to regain his breath.

"Zach, breath" Daniel spoke, rubbing the smaller brunettes back.

Zach nodded as he bent over, resting his hands on his knees taking deep breaths in before speaking "he's back Dani, Carson's back!"

Daniels smile dropped from his face "no- no. He's supposed to be in jail"

Zach shook his head, before standing up straight "his mother payed his bail"

Corbyns jaw clenched as he listened to Zach speak about Daniels ex, it wasn't far to Daniel that Carson was already out of jail after causing him so much pain mentally and physically, it took three years for Daniel to almost forget everything that Carson has done, until now.

Just hearing Carson's name brought back all of the terrible memories.

Daniel stood their completely shocked as Corbyn wrapped his arms around the brunettes waist, whispering "it's okay love, I won't let him hurt you. I promise, as long as I'm here he won't touch you. "

Daniel nodded slightly before turning around and tucking his face into the crook of Corbyns neck, breathing in his calming smell of his cologne.

Corbyn softly ran his hands up and down Daniels sides in a comforting way glancing over at Zach.

Zach stood there with a smile on his face before speaking "I left Jack and Jonah by our lockers, met us there when you finish being cute as fuck" and with that Zach left.

Corbyn chuckled quietly before softly kissing the top of Daniels head "angel, we need to go get our stuff together for class"

Daniel nodded before, tightly holding onto Corbyns hand once a again, both of them making their way to their lockers.

School was now half over and to Daniels relief he hasn't heard or seen Carson's.

Right now all four boys expect Corbyn (since he got in trouble in class for talking to much) were walking to the cafeteria, laughing as Jack told some stupid stories about things that have happened to him before he moved to la.

Overall Daniel was having a good day until he heard a all to familiar voice.

"hey darlin'"

Daniel stoped in his tracks as he, slowly turned around immediately making eye contact with the taller black headed boy.

His lips held a slyly smirk as his dark forest eyes seemed to be reading Daniels mind, the taller boy stepped closer to Daniel, grabbing onto his hip.

The brunette tensed at the touch "don't call me that" Daniel snarled, backing away from his ex lover.

Zach quickly stood in front of Daniel, glaring daggers into Carson as the other two boys stood watching the other three, confused.

"leave him alone Carson" Zach demanded crossing his arms over his chest.

Carson chuckled as he easily pushed Zach out of the way "yeah and whats gonna happen if I don't Zachary?"

"Then you going to have to deal with me" Corbyn spoke, his voice almost growl like as he showed up behind Carson.

Carson turned around as he grinned "well hello Corbyn"

"Carson" Corbyn mumbled before speaking again "I suggest that you go"

"and if I don't?" Carson asked cockily, stepping closer to the blond.

"Ill fucking beat the shit out of you" Corbyn snarled, also taking a step closer to the black headed boy, their noses almost touching from how close they were.

Carson smirked before punching Corbyn in the face.

"Corbyn!" Daniel cried out before trying to run over to Corbyn but before he could Zach wrapped his arms around the taller brunette "Daniel don't"

Corbyn clenched his jaw before wiping off the blood that was dripping out of his nose "I'm fine angel" Corbyn spoke, looking over at Daniel before punching Carson in the stomach, causing the taller boy to hunch over in pain.

Corbyn then pushed Carson up against the locker, delivering another punch to his nose, smirking in satisfaction as he heard Carson's nose crack.

"I'm warning you Carson, speak or even look at Daniel again and I will make your life fucking hell, just like you did to daniel" the blond mumbled loud enough for just Carson to hear before letting go of him, watching as Carson, dropped to the floor, holding onto his stomach.

Zach let go of Daniel as Daniel ran up to Corbyn, lightly cupping the blonds jaw "corbs your nose-"

Corbyn softly smiled at Daniel before whispering "it doesn't hurt I promise, but are you okay" he spoke before softly grabbing Daniels hand, lightly rubbing the brunettes thumb.

"I'm okay, thanks to you" Daniel smiled small, looking up at the taller blond

"good, wanna go home, relax? I know you didn't want to see him" Corbyn asked, concerned about the brunette.

Daniel nodded, holding onto corbyns hand as the blond told their three friends that him and daniel would be going to his place and that they would see them later before both boys left the building, making their way towards corbyns car.

The blond held Daniels hand as he opened the drivers door, getting in.

Daniel sitting in his lap soon after (since he has drove with the brunette on his lap before)

The brunette wrapped both his legs and arms around Corbyn, the blond wrapped an arm around Daniel before starting the car, pulling out of the schools parking lot.
