So a couple of days ago (or a week idk) Wattpad had a data leak. My information (and probably a lot of you guys) was leaked to hackers. I didn't know about it, so I didn't have time to update my information.
I've used the same email for this account for the last 4 years. I don't have access to it anymore. So when I found out about the leak on Twitter, I automatically went to update my information.
But my account was already hacked and my password has been changed.
What does this mean for all of my books?
I'm currently transferring everything onto a new account. It makes me really sad because I've been working on this account for so long... I almost got to 500 followers, ad now I'm starting all over again. All of the reads, votes, and comments I've gotten on my stories will be gone.
Because of this, my depression has been terrible but i'm working through it.
