The day after the incident with Jungkook Seokjin stayed away from his other classmates,
he had a feeling something bad would happen to them if he didn't.He couldn't figure out why or what but he felt guilty when he thought of playing with them.
The teachers and principal weren't surprised to hear that Kim Choi and his parents had been reported missing.
But it wasn't just him and his parents, the report also included the names of his grandparents, cousins, half siblings, siblings, aunts, and uncles.
And it became eerily obvious that it wasn't a normal case, that and the fact that there was absolutely no way they would ever be seen again.
Seokjin didn't know what to do.
He didn't even think of connecting Jungkook to their disappearances but he should have.
And it seemed everyone knew, because now everyone glared at Seokjin as if he were a monster.
The boy was merely the product of an obsession.
-
Seokjin skipped confidently towards Chloe Wang a new student at their daycare.
She sat alone in the sand playing with a magenta haired Barbie.
Seokjin knew he had to talk to her, magenta was his favorite color after all.
"Hello my name is Jin!"
Seokjin exclaimed happily. The brunette looked up at him in confusion...which quickly morphed into fear.
"G-get away from me."
Chloe practically screamed as she scooted away from Seokjin like he was a disease.Seokjin was speechless.
He shrunk away from her, confidence gone.
"W-what?"
He spluttered as tears welled up into his eyes."Y-your evil!
No one likes you!
H-he's evil!"
Chloe shouted at Seokjin with disgust.Seokjin was startled and shook with obvious pain written in his features.
Chloe looked around the playground quickly before leaning towards Seokjin her face softening to almost pity before whispering.
"I'm sorry, listen you can't trust him.
I have to go before he sees!"
Chloe rushed out as she started to walk away.Seokjin sank to the floor confused.
Why would she say something so rude about him.
His brain completely blocked out her warning as her previous cruel words were the only thing he chose to listen to.
Seokjin cradled his legs as he trembled little gasps leaving him.
-
Two minutes before the bell rang Seokjin had calmed down.
Jungkook was no where to be foun-
"Hyung!
Hyung!
Where are you Jinnie-hyung!"
Jungkook's impatient tone cut through his pity party.Seokjin stood up immediately, he didn't like making Jungkook upset...he was scary.
Seokjin gasped as he spotted the toddler by the front building.
His hair was magenta.
Seokjin smiled widely and ran towards Jungkook.
Jungkook turned towards Jin's direction as he heard his footsteps and smiled widely while waving his arms.
Seokjin engulfed the small boy into a hug.
"Please don't ever leave me Kookie.
I was so lonely without you."Jungkook was startled at his hyungs sudden skinship but welcomed it happily.
Jungkook glared into the school building meeting the eyes of Chloe Wang.
He smiled in satisfaction.
So she had done her job well.Jungkook made a note to spare her family since she had succeeded in doing what he couldn't do alone...
Push Seokjin into his arms.
Jungkook focused back on Seokjin after nodding towards Chloe as a sign of a job well done.
"I will never leave you hyung, promise."
Jungkook whispered tenderly.
'Not even if you want me to.' He whispered to himself.Seokjin nodded thankfully as big tears fell down his face.
Jungkook was right, he didn't need anyone else.
Only Jungkook.
