PREFACE
I smiled as I watched Jasper and Emmett training. Jacob sat on a rock, still repulsed by the smell but greatly amused at the sight before him. Alice and Rosalie seemed just as bemused as I was; possibly the most entertained by this peculiar yet previously foretold scene was Carslile. He watched intently, with a face so enthralled that he had to be reminded by Esme that he was allowed to join in.
Edward was still sulking somewhere, knowing him he'd probably continue for eternity. Yet somehow, as I glanced over at my new family, it became clear to me that my eternity, if a little lead by a seventeen year old's pettiness, was going to be great.
