Who would have guessed that Mr.D'Argencourt knows a thing or two about boxing? Personally, I'd rather be someone's knight in shining armor than be their combattante but maybe this can be fun. Plus, putting on a single pair of boxing gloves is way easier than putting on fencing gear.
As I start wrapping my hands before putting the gloves on, Nino walks up to me.
"Hey, um... Alya suggested maybe I should be her sparring partner and you can spar with
Marinette."
"But wouldn't Marinette be more comfortable sparring with another girl?"
"Um.. noo.. she probably feels more comfortable sparring with you because ya know, you two
have fenced together before and it worked out well, right? Besides I don't think Alya could
keep up with Marinette."
Keep up with her? I mean, now that I think about it Marinette does have a fiery spirit whenever she sets her heart on something.
"Ok, sounds good to me, I'll let Mr. Argencourt know".
