Chapter 10: The Big Surprise

Y/N's POV
Mater was fooling around with the guards while Monty and I just held each other, swaying back and forth. "When we get back home, I've got a surprise for you. But before you we do anything else, you forgot this back at the hotel." he says handing me the photo of grandpa with mom and dad. "Thank you, thank you so much." I said before kissing him passionately. "Well you two have to get going, you're on." we walked to see a large room with everyone here and with the actual Queen of England sitting on her throne.

"Knock'em dead Mater, love you Y/N." Monty says kissing my cheek and taking a seat, I heard dad growl as he glares at Monty. "I hear by dub thee Sir Tow Mater, and Lady Y/N." the queen said, so we were brought here to here those words? So cool! "I don't want to hear any of this "sir" business, by the way have y'all met each. Queen, McQueen. McQueen, Queen. McQueen, McMissile. He's Y/N's father." I can tell." "I still don't trust you with my daughter." "She broke my nose when we first met!" "You're not wrong."

Time skip to when they got back home

Mater was telling everyone about our adventure, Monty was acting a little different when we got home, I wonder why. Then Holley appears with her jet packet and dad walked right next to her "Dad, Holley? What are you two doing hear? I thought thought you went back to the agency." "Well our satellites picked an urgent communiqué." "So you got-a my email." "Everybody! This is Finn McMissile, he's Y/N's father. And it turns out he knew our very own Doc Hudson, which turns out that the Hudson family has been working for his agency for generations! He's a secret agent. Don't tell nobody. And this is Holley Shiftwell, she's..." "I'm Mater's girlfriend." "About damn time too!" I shouted hugging her. "Y/N what did we talk about?" "Nothing." "Dear lord." "There's still one thing I don't get. If the bad guys hit me the ray. Why didn't I..." "Scream in pain as you burned alive." everyone looks at me "I think you need to stop watching cop shows for a little while. But wait Fillmore, didn't you say my fuel was safe?" everyone then looks at Fillmore, "If you think that I switched that rot-gut excuse for alternative fuel with my all-natural, sustainable, organic biofuel.just because I never trusted Axlerod, you're dead wrong man. It was him." Fillmore then points to Sarge "Once big oil, always big oil, man." "Tree-hugger." Aww! "Hey Y/N?" "Mhm." "Ever since I've met you, even though you broke my nose,I've always loved you. Nothing will change that, so what I'm asking you is..." he gets down on knee and brings out a small box, he opens it up to reveal a ring. I start crying with joy as I knew what was happening "Y/N Hudson, will you marry me?" "Say no. Ow!"

I look back at dad who was hit by Holley, she gives me a thumbs up before I look back at Monty "Yes." I said "Are you kidding me!? Ow!" Monty jumps up and hugs me tightly, he spins me around as I had happy tears falling from my face. He placed the ring on me finger before kiss each other. Everyone jumps up and down with joy along with celebration. "Let's get this show on the road!" Monty shouted after breaking the kiss "Wait until you see the surprise I have for you too. Mater, could you bring my car out?" "Sure thing Miss Y/N." all the other racers were at the starting line, we decided to still have the Grand Prix, just with a longer race track.

Mater was in his tow truck and had my car with a few new touches to it "Wow Y/N, you really did upgrade it." Monty said hugging me from behind. "That's your car?" a voice said with an Italian accent, we turn around and see Francesco standing there. "Oh Francesco, I'd like you to meet my fiancé, Y-" "It as honor to meet you. Lightning McQueen is the luckiest man alive." "Thanks?" "Of course he has to prove at the starting line." "At least he has a life." "You're very lucky I'm a good mood today." he says before walking away "This is why I love you." "Well what are you waiting for? Gone on!" "Aren't you coming?" "I'll catch up with ya later."

I walk over to where dad, Mater, and Holley were "Hey dad." "Hello Y/N." "Before you say anything, yes you're invited to the wedding." "Well, I can't hold onto to you forever." "Thank you for excepting it." I said hugging him "Anytime." "And no I'm not joying your agency, you forget that." "I wouldn't have any other way. I better have a grandchild when I visit." "Dad!" "I hope you two can come visit though, and Holley, it was about time. You two are perfect for each other." I said before heading to my car, this truly was a great adventure
