I slowly opened with a throbbing pain in my head, my vision blurry and mind was fuzzy of what happened, I slowly pushed my weight on my hands and slowly sat. I looked around and saw the familiar room, the room I was being held captive in, suddenly all the memory came rushing back, I looked down at me and I was still dressed in the black gown.

My neck was paining I slowly reached my hand too touch the bite, but my hand touched a small rough surface, it was covered with a small banded jus enough to cover the wound somehow.

I slowly stepped on the floor, my head was spinning like all the energy has been drained out of my body, I looked around with blurry vision and everything was unclear, I tried walking to the door with my wobbly steps, until my legs folded And I tripped, before my face could make contact with the wooden floor, someone strong arms wrapped around my body pulling me up close to there chest, I looked up saw hayden standing with a small smirk on his face, I tried pushing myself out of his grip, but his hands has a steady grip on my waist.

"Never stop trying to outrun me? Can you" he asked with sarcastic voice, I gave him a angry stare, still trying get away from me.

"Her efforts are adorable" I heard women speaking behind me, I slowly tilted my head to peak I can see silhouette of two fingers on the corner of the room, until Hayden let me go  from his grip, and I quickly backed away from and looking at me he let out a chuckle.

"Indeed" Hayden replied to there poor joke with his stupid reply, I quickly turn around to look at them and saw Owen and woman I saw down earlier, she was dressed almost same as owen.

She is a council member, she stood next to him!

"What is happening? Why are you all here? " I asked in my low voice, the last thing I wanted is to talk to them but i think I should atleast know the initial part to that why they are here.

"You know as much as I don't want to say this but I am glad you are a Muller's blood, and that's is also one of the reason you are standing here right now,  and the another  is your necklace" Owen spoke walking close to, giving me is creepy smile as he completed, I slowly stepped back and back of knees slightly brushed with the bed.

Does that mean the necklace saved me again ? Wait I forget to take it out!!

Out of nowhere a hand grabbed my cheeks drifting me from my trail of thoughts, "a little stubborn aren't we now" Hayden said stepping forward with a small smile as grip stood steady on my cheeks, I tried to took his hands off me, but all my efforts went into vein.

"Didn't I asked you take your necklace off, before coming down" he spoke as his grip tightened on cheeks.

"I-" is all I could murmur, my breathing was becoming heavy as the panic started taking over me again.

"Ohh Hayden no need of voilence, maybe she forgot why don't you ask again" the woman said with a sleepish grin on her face.

"You are right Natalie" Hayden said taking his hands off me.

"You heard the lady take off your necklace" he spoke looking staright at my eyes and reaching his hand forward, I quickly looked down.

It's true that I honestly forgot, but If this is the only thing which can protect me from them, and they are asking me give it up I won't, I won't give it to them.
