A Rosé x Suzy story for all my fellow Chaezy's out there.

While traveling abroad for work, Rosé, a popular k-pop idol, meets the actress she admires the most.

Will her busy schedule get in the way of forming a friendship with Suzy? Or will something unexpected happen in one of the most romantic cities in the world?

This will be an IU type of fanfiction.

An IU fanfic doesn't mean that it's a story that contains IU/Lee Jieun.

IU stands for in-universe which is the opposite of the famous AU (alternate universe) sub-genre for fan fiction.

It is also referred to as IC or in-canon. That is because IU fanfics are stories that are written as close to reality as they possibly could. Okay?

Now that that's clear, it's time to meet the characters!

Park Chae-young aka Rosé/Rosie: Main vocalist and lead dancer of the very famous Korean girl group named BLACKPINK. Signed under YG Entertainment and its partners, Interscope Records, and Universal Music Group, she is able to travel the world for various work like going on tour with her members, attending fashions shows, and doing photo shoots for famous magazines.

But all of this comes with a price. Her agency is one of the strictest, if not the strictest, in Korea. She is not allowed to drive, drink alcohol, smoke, get plastic surgery, go anywhere by herself, and date anyone as long as she's a member of Blackpink. All she could do was follow the schedule that they have of her life.

Bae Su-ji/Bae Suzy aka Suzy: A former idol turned actress who is famous all over Asia and slowly gaining fame worldwide. She is known for her great method acting and dedication to her craft. Over the last three years, she had worked non-stop, producing one great movie after the next, always keeping her word and doing her best. She is quirky, witty, spontaneous, and a very happy person as seen by everyone.

But all of that is part of the whole package that is the actress "Suzy". It is the image she portrayed and perfected over the past few years. She is so used to acting and being someone else, that she slowly forgot who she really is. And now, for the first time in three years, she decided to leave Korea to visit one of the most beautiful cities in the world... by herself, for herself.

Setting: The story is mainly set in the beautiful city of Paris, the year 2019 in the month of September although it begins on a plane leaving Incheon Airport on the morning of September 22.

So, everyone, I hope you enjoy reading. Remember that just because we only use our eyes to read doesn't mean that our other senses are not active, too. I hope you get a feel of what Paris is like.

Imagine yourself there. Buy a croissant from your local bakery and eat as you read.

Listen to the rustling of tree leaves, and take a long deep breath as you walk inside the Tuileries Garden. Let the sweet aroma of red roses and yellow sunflowers fill your lungs as a street violinist plays classical music by the sidewalk. Feel the warmth of the sun on your skin as you take a stroll along Pont d'Iéna, one of the many beautiful bridges over the River Seine, connecting the Eiffel Tower on the left with the Palais de Chaillot on the right.

And of course, fall in love... with the characters, the city, and hopefully, the story as well. Fighting!
