Bad Boys [BoyxBoy]

~ Chapter One - The Wonderful Mr. Smith's Biology Class. ~

[A.N: Hai gaiz! It's Leesha here... I wrote this chapter ages ago, as I came up with a new strategy for this story... Write a load of chapters all in one go to start off with, and slowly distribute them, posting a chapter per week. This way, I can focus on writing more chapters, whilst posting those that I've already done. Works nicely, no? So, this is the first chapter in my new story 'Bad Boys'... Yes, it's a BoyxBoy... Of course it is! Aha. I don't tend to write any other types of stories... It's either fanfiction or my beloved little BoyxBoy stories ;) I'm being quite experimental with this story, trying to combine humour and drama to create something that works for everyone. Because, I've noticed with this type of story, if it's all drama, all the way through, people get bored of it eventually. Whereas, if you slip some humour in there with it, the audience has little intervals between the dramatic scenes. But anyway, I've decided on the day of the week to upload a chapter, it'll be every Monday. I'm uploading this chapter on a Sunday because I had some spare time, which means I won't be uploading another chapter until next Monday, rather than uploading one tomorrow, which would be a Monday too... Also, I'm going to do one of those "Songs in this Chapter" things for this story, I don't think I've ever done one before, but I've been listening to a lot of music whilst writing these chapters, so I think it's about time I started sharing my music taste with the world...]

~ Chapter One - The Wonderful Mr. Smith's Biology Class. ~

Climbing out of mom's car at 9.30, reality slapped me right in the face. The day had arrived, the day that I had been dreading for the past 4 months since we'd brought our new home. I was about to enter a new school, put all the bullying behind me and make some entirely new friends. Hopefully. Or at least, that was the plan. We'd brought a home here, nothing overly-spacious but it was good enough to house our family of four. Myself, mom, her boyfriend Darren and my older sister Casey. It was time for a new life, time to calm down and relax, focus on my school work and upcoming exams, without having to worry about whom was going to flush my head down into the unmerciful depths of the school toilets next. No, this time, things would be different.

 Casey stepped out of the opposite side of the car and walked around to where I was standing. We both just stood, looking towards the entrance of our new school, East Ridge High School in the city of Clermont. Already things seemed a lot different to back home in California, the people here looked different, a lot more 'plastic' and strict on themselves. Back in my old school, everyone had just dressed however the hell they wanted to, but here there appeared to be strict style rules, which everyone obeyed. Casey must've picked up on this, also, because out the corner of my eye, I could see her looking down on her outfit in horror.

   In all honesty, there was nothing wrong with her outfit, her light-blue denim shorts and baby pink v-neck tee suited her slim figure and healthy, natural tan. Her brown-blonde hair was tied back into a lazy pony and her skin was clear and makeup free. My sister was beautiful, in her own little way. Very naturally pretty, and surprisingly not fake, or shallow, or petty, or any of the things you'd expect a 16 year old teenage girl to be. Although, I was hardly complaining. I liked being able to talk to Casey, after she found out about the bullying back in Cali, we'd become a lot closer and I felt lucky to have such a down-to-Earth older sister.

  Not saying that we didn't ever argue, that would be too perfect. There were certain things we didn't agree on, petty things though. Nothing major. All-in-all, I came from a close family that managed to maintain a happy atmosphere. And as for the bullying, I guess in a way I kinda asked for it. I mean, obviously it wasn't my fault for being gay, but it was my fault for walking straight up to Arren Matthews, the school Quarterback, and planting a huge, wet kiss straight on his lips. After that, things were bound to get messy, really...
