After a deadly gas spreads through Peter's hometown, there were only a few survivors left. As they survived, they gained special powers which they were unaware of such as: invisibility, telepathy, teleportation, strength, and more. The government wants nothing to change, so they force the survivors to wear a neck piece that take away any power they hold. Peter makes friends with some of the survivors his own age. What happens when he learns the truth about the neck pieces? What power does he hold? Will he form an alliance with everyone else?
