jeongguk gulped, a cold feeling washing over him as his anxiety kicked in from the entire class staring at him so intensely- some whispering to one another, some looking at him in pure disgust. he gulped before turning towards the teacher who looked uninterested now. saying nothing more, he went and sat back down at his desk, eyes trained on the grainy pattern on the flat surface. he could still feel people staring at him and he hated.
"fuck.." he mumbled, leaning his head against his arm as the class finished introductions.
after the last person, the bell rung, prompting everyone to hurriedly get up and pack up- jeongguk fastest of all. he wanted to get out of there before people started asking questions or teasing him. he practically ran out of the classroom avoiding all the stares that cane his way as he made his way to his next class. and since he was in his third year, there were also some seniors coming down the hallway.
one group caught his eye though- they all had colorful hair and different styles of clothing. in the front, center, and middle walked a tall guy, blond hair with colorful streaks. he was smiling as he spoke to a shorter male with cotton candy-like hair, so he could tell he had dimples- craters in both cheeks. he overheard them talking about going to the 7eleven near their school to play streetfighters. butterflies. he had to tell seokjin.
SEPTEMBER 13TH, 1994.
you know that feeling.. where it's the first moment you see someone-
and it's like they have this-- big gold star around them?
and you HAVE to get to know them?
well... there's this guy. i think he's a senior. he dresses kinda punk, kinda hip. more punk than hip though. he wears an army uniform though on some days.and he's always drawing and writing in a notebook, looking so intense.
i had no idea how i would ever- ever find an excuse to talk to him.
till i noticed him and his friends go to the 7-11 everyday after school to play streetfighters- though i overheard them, but i went and saw myself.
