Seth drops the knife and goes to randy he holds him but the medical team show up and they observe Seths arms and his condition and they tell some troubling news that seth is on the verge of personality disorder meaning if he doesn't get help seth will continue to spiral out of control and the voices are his imagination he needs medical help
I'm sorry but seth needs to go to a mental facility where they can help him get better..
