It was 5:20 PM. Misty was sitting on the bench her, Ash and Brock always sat on. This was the moment she had been looking forward to... yet dreading.

Suddenly, Ash and Brock ran side by side, over to Misty, Ash looking excitable and Brock looking very cheery.

"MISTY! HAVE YOU HEARD THE NEWS?" Shouted Ash, with a big smile on his face.

"No?" Replied Misty.

"WELL, BROCK'S GAY!"

"I know."

"AND HE'S DATING GLADION!"

"Wait, Gladion?" Said Misty. "That's amazing Brock! I'm so happy for you!"

"Thanks Misty," Said Brock. "Should we start playing truth or dare?"

"Ok, Brock, Truth or dare?" Asked Ash.

"Dare!" Brock confidently replied.

"I dare you to text Gladion..."

"Oh no."

"...'Hey baby, how are you?' Then loads of kisses and heart emojis!"

"Fine." Brock got out his phone and texted Gladion, with Ash looking over his shoulder. But only Misty realised Jessie and James were coming around the corner, for the third day in a row. She tapped Brock on the shoulder, but he brushed her off, like she was a Caterpie.

Suddenly, Team Rocket raced over to the bench Misty, Ash and Brock were sitting on.

"Well, hello, twerps and twerpette," Started James.

"Not you two! Wait... where's Meowth?" Asked Misty.

"That's none of your business, twerpette. Hey, what are these twerps doing?" Said Jessie, peering over Brock's shoulder.

"OH MY GOD." Yelled Jessie.

"What? What is it?" Replied James.

"THIS TWERP AND THE EDGY TWERP FROM ALOLA ARE A THING!"

"The edgy one? The frilly twerpette's brother?" Enquired James.

"YES!" Screamed Jessie. "IT'S LIKE THE SHIP THAT WAS LOST AT SEA BUT THEN MANAGED TO ACTUALLY SET SAIL!"

"Jessie, you're taking this a bit far," said James.

"Nonsense! I'm totally normal!" Said Jessie.

"Fine. But don't blame me if you're too tired to catch Pokémon later."

"Anyway, back to what we came here for!" Said Jessie.

"You're not getting Pikachu!" Shouted Ash.

"That's fine, because today, our target is not your electric rat," said James. "We need to tell you something important, twerp..."
