A Common Problem

He strode onward, alone,

His face the image of stone,

His heart heavy with some unknown quest,

His eyes furrowed doing his best,

To figure out this puzzle that was his to ponder,

While his legs did make him wander,

I don't know his name,

He doesn't know mine,

But it's all the same,

Perhaps I should stop, and spend some time,

Help him if I can,

Make for him a plan,

Maybe friends us two could be,

But I will never know really,

Unless I pause my own difficulty,

Next to helping someone in need,

It pales, and I must do this deed,

Ah, but his name is James,

He enjoys MJ music, and video games,

Much in common have we,

Too much, to ignore each other, really,

So it is, over a problem now long forgot,

That yet another friendship was wrought,

Friends for a day, or friends for a year,

Still his friendship I always hold dear.
