I'm really trying my mental health if getting worse and idk wat to do my family don't understand and the one who does lives ages away and I can't talk to her without my mom knowing

I'm really trying but I'm having to take a break from most of my socials and I've lost contact with most of my mates because of how shit it is.

I am so unbelievably sorry that I keep letting you guys down but I'm trying, but idk how long I can carry one
