silksenses truthers know this fic from 2019... star wars was nonexistent to me, endgame was still fresh, and i'm still in love with tom holland's peter parker... times were different fr... back in 2019, this fic was called walking in the wind, i published it but unpublished it around 2020 when i lost inspo for it. around 2022, i changed the title to alterlife, then forgot about it when i went through my unannounced hiatus, now i found it again and i'm definitely gonna write it this time ... anyways!

obviously the fic is inspired by studio ghibli's kiki's delivery service (1989), hence the head manip on the cover! i just took some random cosplayer's body and pasted my fc's (suzu hirose) face on them 😭 but i'm proud of the end result! i experimented a little bit with the cover style and just went with a scrapbook-ish vibe... idk if it translated well but there you go 🤷🏻‍♀️

as for the gif banner, i made it as simple as possible because i feel like it's already a bit colorful, and anything i add might make it look messy. idk it looked good to me already so i didn't add anymore stuff (doodles, overlays, more colorings, etc.)

heartsick cover & gif banner.

aaaand... a tasm!peter parker fic... who else didn't see this coming (no one) 🧍🏻‍♀️ a bit of lore: this fic has been in the works since 2021, and it was called hamartia. but it went through some changes, and it's best version (heartsick) came to life in early 2022! i was so ready to publish heartsick back then but i was too focused on my star wars fics 💀

now i think i'm cheating. because the cover above isn't really new LMAO it was made like 3 years ago and i posted it on this same graphic portfolio too under the title hamartia 😭 but i wanted to show it again with the new title, and also just for consistency 🙏🏻 i was so proud of the cover too, because the strings on my oc's attached on her body is big symbolism ... she's being controlled by "someone" 🤯

the gif banner is, again, a bit simple but i really didn't want to put too much stuff on it. it already looked good to me so i just went with it lmao a good artist knows when to stop (i'm not a good artist i'm just lazy)

i actually missed these fics and making graphics for them was so much fun! i missed making stuff for my non-star wars fics... i'll definitely do more in the future!
