I don't normally do this, but the most recent design of Weiss Schnee from RWBY really annoyed me for several reasons, but mostly the hair. I redesigned it keeping a few things from the new design, but mostly following the old designs for her so that it felt like it was the same character. This is not my character, just my design for her to replace the real one.
I admit that the hair is a little too thin in the first drawing which was entirely hand done, but the whole body drawing is right. (I drew over the picture of Weiss I have in the background with a red scarf on after removing most of the background, hair and the scarf that went above her shoulders)
I'm not saying my design is perfect, but I think it's better than what it's replacing, but you're welcome to disagree. The image at the top is what I was redesigning, the images below are my drawings.

I did draw this over a picture, as I've said, I decided to remove the buttons, so please ignore them in the image above this one. The poof of the sleeve is less than I meant, but I did my best. I did not draw the sword, I pulled that from an image and outlined it to make it fit in.

Please let me know what you think of my redesign, old designs of her are at the sides for me to use to work from, but if they're unclear, just google Weiss Schnee and you'll get it.
I know I didn't use white, but I pulled the "white" from images of her and it's closer than the blue and grey she's usually in now.
Of course, if this was in the actual show, the hair would be behind her shoulder. I know it's not the best drawing of a plat and I can do better, but I don't see the need as this shows it perfectly fine.
