You are (Y/N). You had a mother and father. You had a little sister named Charlotte, but she was called Charlie for short. Your family just moved into a neighborhood that is usually never heard of. The only flaw in this, is that your house is far from the other houses.

Your house was closer to the forest. It was also left abandoned. The furniture from the last family that were there was left behind, untouched ever since. Your family saw no use for these pieces of furniture, since they were oddly enough very small in size.

One by one, the pieces of furniture were thrown out of the house, sold in a garage sale. You saw a notepad on one of the tables, so you took it and slipped it into your pocket. There was also a clock on the wall, that was odd in color. The clock was black itself, but in the interior was blue. The numbers were gold colored, and the hands on the clock were red.

Your father decided to keep it, because it was still working. You and your sister shared a room, and your father put the clock there. There was also a few digital clocks that your father bought, and also put one in your room.

The walls were repainted, the new furniture was put in, and everything was set. Still after this, the house still felt unsettling. It felt like someone was always watching. You slipped the notepad out of your pocket and looked at the cover. "Paige" it read. It must have belonged to a girl who lived here named Paige.

You opened the notepad. It was blank. You wrote your name onto a paper. You closed the book, and looked up to the clock. You took it down from the wall after getting up on your dresser to reach it. You turned it over to the back. "Tony." it said. Probably Paige had a brother. You put the clock back.

You fell off your dresser while trying to get down. You landed on your feet, but you sprained your right ankle. You got up onto your bed. It was a bit of trouble but you managed to get up onto it. You turned on your TV. Then you heard a "tsk tsk tsk" noise come from up above you. It must have been that clock ticking.

But it was so loud. Most likely some gears locked up in the clock to make it do that, but it sounded like it was mocking you. But believing that silly thing was preposterous. You watched TV for a half hour before going to bed.

Who knew during that period in the night, something was moving around?
