"Julia, you can come in now to tell us what happened," Mrs.Cole, the secretary said.

"Okay" I quietly replied as I put my head down walking in.

As I was walking in, I felt the boys staring at me but I didn't wanna look at them. I walked in and sat down in the chair directly in front of Mr.Morgan.

"Julia, why are you in here?" Morgan asked.

"Well, you see, it's not even my fault-" I started to say until he interrupted me.

"Honestly I don't care whose fault it was, you just explain why you were the only person in the circle while your boyfriend was fighting the new kid."

He was looking at me with a raised eyebrow as if he was surprised. I knew he wasn't mad because he would've threatened to tell my dad, so I just quickly explained what happened.

"... and that's why I was in the circle." I finished.

"So you're telling me Zachary just got jealous because his little fangirls pushed you down and Mr.Cyr helped you up?"

"I guess you could say that."

I just wanted to leave already. It was almost the end of 7th period and the bell was about to ring.

"Okay, you're not in much trouble since it's not your fault, but you will have to do some grounds work for 2 days during your study hall," he said as he was writing me up.

"WHAT-" I started to get mad, "IT WASN'T EVEN MY FAUL MORGAN. I NEED TO USE MY STUDY TIME TO GET READY FOR THE STATE TESTS."

"I don't care Julia, the fight happened because of you so you're lucky I'm being nice with only 2 days. Unless you wanna make it a week and I tell your dad about all the times you've been skipping," he threatened.

"Well, 2 days doesn't sound bad at all," I replied with an attitude.

"Okay, you have 10 minutes until the bell rings, you can leave campus early, go-"

Right when he said "leave campus early" I didn't care about anything else, I dipped. I really did not want to be here while the boys were being yelled at.
