His heavy boots pace across the thin wood floor. If he steps any harder he just might brake it. The four girls uncomfortably in matching wooden chairs, there waists pressed up against the thin wooded table.
He stops suddenly, slamming his blood crusted fingers against the fragile wood. The girls jump, startled. His moth opens reveling a jagged set of teeth plastered in the shape of crooked smile.
"We've been waiting for you girls." the intimidating man grins maliciously. He drags a dirt embedded nail across the wooden. They girls hadn't realized until then that it had been engraved with letters and symbols. Seven dived spots with seven different engravements.
"These my darlings, will determine your everything." his blood chilling whisper sends shivers down the girls's spines. "This crumbling world can't rein much longer. Seven sins have us turning brother against brother, neighbor against neighbor and mother against daughter. You here that girls? Seven little sins. Lucky for you though, you won't have to deal with those seven sins much longer. Well not really." He smiles his awful crooked creepers grin again. "Serenity was the peace that held us together, but left important disagreements unsolved." his ugly nails screech across the first symbol. "genial kept us cheerful, but tosses society problems to the side. Motley kept us diverse, but throws our differences first. Vetecuns make us modest but makes us all multiples of a boring simplistic life. Chastise puts us back in line and keeps us fallowing the rules, but in this society sometimes fallowing the rules equals death. White keeps pure through honesty and knowledge, but when you live in a world of honesty and knowledge precious information can cost you your life. Finally, Tiranny. The rebounding power house of the society. Also known as the D-7's they thrive off of dangerous bravery. " he stops to clear his groggy throat as some of the now curious girls spot the D-7 marking tattooed across his muscular left arm. " Tomorrow each of you will choose which divined you will belong to. This society is a deadly place. Don't make the wrong decision." he smiles again before the lights in the room begin to sway. The already dim light begins to fade as they swaying morphs into a flickering, aggressive swing. Back and for back and forth.
Four little girls scream out with fright as the dim room turns into the shade of night. Seven men with malicious grins grab their writs and pull them in. Down the halls in separate ways four girls cry as they are dragged. They spot each other for the last time that night, each with tears glistening in there eyes. Left, right out of sight the dark grows darker than the feeling of fright. Four doors fly open with a crash, four girls fall into the furniture with a crash. Seven ugly men with vicious grins lock the doors tight, trapping the girls within. The four girls lay on the floor each sobbing harder than the next. None of the realize they are the target in which glowing eyes rest.
