Percy Jackson Meets Harry Potter

The Sorting

We got in line with the first years for some reason, and Professor McGonagall told us we would be sorted briefly.

Suddenly the doors opened and the whole school was staring at us, GREAT!

"Now when I call your name you will come and sit on this stool and be sorted into a house Gryffindor Hufflepuff Ravenclaw and Slytherin."

There were a lot of names before us and then finally we heard a name familiar.

"Di Angelo, Nico," McGonagall said.

Nico walked up to the sorting hat and plopped down on the chair.

The hat was taking a while to decide, like 5 minutes.

Everyone looked around, it had barely ever took that long for someone to get sorted. Finally it decided GRYFFINDOR! Next was Annabeth. Annabeth walked calmly over to the sorting hat and after 30 seconds that hat said "GRYFFINDOR" and Annabeth happily sat next to Nico.

"Grace, Thalia" Professor McGonagall said.

Thalia got up and almost sprinted like she wanted to get this part over with and get to the fighting. 30 seconds after the hat was placed on her head it shouted "GRYFFINDOR!"

And finally, it was my turn.

That weird new kid Percy Jackson was it?

 Well, he walked to the sorting hat calmly like it would not affect his future at Hogwarts at all. When Percy sat down the hat immediately yelled

"GRYFFINDOR OBVIOUSLY GRYFFINDOR!" And Percy just shrugged and sat down next to Annabeth. WHAT! That is not possible! The hat has never chosen anyone that quickly! They must have bewitched it! I am suspicious and I will find out what their hiding!!
