Nia POV

I'm so hungry they tried feeding me a ham sandwich & a water bottle, but I refuse to eat it. My arms are killing me from being tied up & I was in need of a shower. It's been 3 days what the hell is taking them so long to find me.

"Stand up.." The creepy guy whom I learned is named Alex said while pulling me up. "I'm not going anywhere with you just please let me go what is all this about ?.." Nia asked while trying to maintain her balance due to her weakness from dehydration. "Boss said yo ass need a damn shower then we moving locations." Alex  dragged Nia down the hall to a room with only a shower & toilet.. No mirror or window. Damnit Nia thought she could've at least escape through the window. "Strip.. & don't close this door or that's yo ass." Alex informed her while standing outside the door. "There's no shower curtain I would like to have some privacy can I at least close the door. Nia definitely didn't feel like being watched as she washed. "Nah bitch now hurry the hell up before I change my mind." Truth is Alex just wanted to watch the water run off her nice shaped body. He wanted a piece of her bad, but had orders to not take advantage of her Amir wasn't that heartless. That still didn't stop him from rubbing on her though.

5 minutes later Alex handed Nia a white t-shirt along with some baggy jogging pants. When she was finished getting dressed he tied her hands back up & dragged her towards the front of the trap .. "damn".. "look at that ass".. "yo who that ? they foul as fuck if they kill her" was all she heard as they made their way pass the workers. Nia face fell flat as she came face to face with Jay. "Are you serious right now you really had this done to me ?.." she couldn't believe that he would take things this far. "It was either yo ass or mine .. none of this would've went down if your brothers hadn't ran up on my cousin about our issues. Jay was actually devastated that Nia was in this position. He felt as if it was his fault since he did air out their business knowing how her brothers would react. "You're a bitch.." was all Nia said before being pulled away.

As they heading out the door towards the van bullets began to fly hitting Alex in the throat & Jay in the chest. Nia fell to the ground as Jay dead weight collapsed on top of her. Amir workers rushed outside letting off shots towards whoever started the shoot out. After 10 minutes majority of Amir men were either dead or badly injured. Nia closed her eyes & whispered a prayer. She felt her body being lifted as she slowly opened her eyes she stared deeply into Ny'john's. A world of emotions rushed though her body as tears welled up in her eyes. "You In good hands." was all she heard before she crashed her lips onto his. Everything about this moment felt right to both of them. Ny'john untied Nia hands before scooping her up carrying her back to the truck.

"You actually came for me." Nia looked over at him still in shock that someone actually found her. Ny'john started up the truck speeding off before glancing over at her taking in her appearance. He clenched his jaw after noticing the light purple bruises on her face & wrist. "My bad it took so long they were hiding out good, but I ran across a snake in his set that gave them up for some chump change. I wasn't gone rest til you was back with me." Nia looked down smiling it felt good knowing he actually cared for her enough to search for her. She furrowed her eyebrows wondering about her brothers. Why weren't they out looking for her as well ? .. "Fix yo face all my men been looking for you we literally set the city on fire, including yo brothers.. they just didn't know my whereabouts today I needed to be sure you were there then when I saw y'all walking out I just let that bitch off.

They pulled up to Nia's house before exiting the car Ny'john took Nia's small hand into his. "I was serious when I said I wasn't gone rest til you was back with me shawty.. I got you from here on out it's just us fuck the rest." Ny'john didn't know where all this was coming from, but he felt like it needed to be said. Nia cheeks heated up just thinking about Ny'john being the one to pull her out the streets & make her retire from being a city girl. She squeezed his hand before leaning over planting a kiss on his lips. "Always daddy.."

After they entered the house Trent & Keshawn rushed over to Nia showering her with hugs & kisses. "Damn bruh I'm so happy you good janae swear this shit opened my eyes." Trent stressed while rocking back & forward hugging her. "Is that Nia ? Move son.." their father Kurt said pushing Trent out the way. "I was worried sick are you ok ? did they touch you ? What the hell happened to your face ? He asked turning her head getting a better view of her face. "I'm fine daddy..no they didn't touch me thankfully I'm just really hungry & drained. Nia said while walking over to the couch laying across it. "Will you be joining us for dinner son ? It's only right I cook all her favorites .." Ny'john looked up from his phone "uh-yes he will daddy." Nia answered for him shooting him a smile before getting up to go take a proper shower.
