An adventure awaits

Chapter 5

Both of them wanted to explore the fascinating place, but most importantly, they had to figure out a way to get back to Mr Wilson's garden. In the distance, Gemma noticed a rectangular shape. It was the mysterious door! Gemma tried to grab John's attention, but turning around, she realised that John had walked away. Gemma running in all directions trying to find John, eventually spotted him feeding a baby dinosaur. She grabbed his arm and dragged him towards the direction in which she saw the door. It was gone, again!
Gemma was more stressed out than before, but John wanted to explore the dinosaur land further. They began walking around once more, John looking all interested and fascinated and Gemma looking anxious and worried.
It felt like they were walking for days, months, even years. They eventually decided to rest under a tall tree. An extremely loud stomp that made the ground shake approached them. As they fearfully looked around the tree, they saw a huge and fearce looking dinosaur that didn't look friendly. As John thought of an escape plan, Gemma noticed the light of the mysterious door behind the dinosaur. She thought that herself and John could trick the dinosaur and run to the escape door. While discussing the plan amongst each other, John noticed that the dinosaur's eyes were on the side of its head instead of the front, and that if they walked toward the middle of the dinosaur, the dinosaur would not see them. They stood one behind the other and walked in a straight line under the dinosaur's legs, and escaped through the door!
