Hello, lovelies~ I joined another collaboration series in which we are going to make our own retelling of some well-known villains.

For my part, I'm focused on the character Te / Te Fiti in the movie Moana. This will tackle more about Polynesian Mythology, which is honestly quite fascinating when I read about it. If you have a good book recommendation on these types of mythologies, let me know ^^ Though I'm open to Chinese, Japanese, Philippines, Greek, Roman, Sumerian, and Egyptian too. In short, anything with gods and goddesses will do for me lol

There will be several references and elements from the movie itself as well and the rest are my imagination on how I envision Te Fiti's origin story will be. If you're very familiar with Polynesian Mythology, consider yourself a little bit spoiled cause this is more on the rendition of their stories where I try to connect some of their myths ><

Note that English is not my primary language, so bear with me. And I'll be using some basic Maori language that I have no knowledge of prior to researching this so feel free to correct me if I got lost in translation. Constructive feedbacks are always welcome.
