Days went by slowly. Art classes went by even slower.

Today is just a free draw day. Which pretty much means ,to chat with your friends, sleep, or chill out on your phone. Sad for me, I left my phone at home.

The only good news is that they got a better chair and desk for me to sit on. I really have no idea why I am drawing a Ferris wheel but I feel like going to a carnival today.

"What you drawing there?" I look up and it's him. The reserved seat guy.

"What do you want?" I snap.

Ignoring my question, he reaches out for my paper to observe what I am drawing. Before he could grab it, I yanked it from my desk and hold it to my chest.

"It's not important," I growl while giving him a death glare.

"I just wanted to apologize about what happened a few days ago." He answers. "If you want, you can sit with-"

"I don't want to sit with you and your snobbish friends who don't associate with other people who aren't exactly 'cute' or 'popular'" I interrupt.

"Ok well you should come to the party I'm having in a few weeks." He suggested. Ge placed a piece of paper with the date of the party with his address and time.

"No," I say sliding the paper back towards him.

"Well if you ever change your mind, here's the paper. See you around." He went back to his seat.

What a player! This guy is trying to play me!

The bell finally rang and I couldn't wait to leave this class.

"Wait, Scarlett," I hear his voice call out throughout the hallways flooded by teenagers. For some odd reason, I couldn't resist the urge to turn around to listen what he has to say.

"What?"

"Your forgot your paper," He handed it to me and smiled.

"Will you leave me alone if I take it?" I ask.

"Most definitely," He retorts. I took the paper from his hand. "My name is Zack by the way. Zach Foreman."

••

It was lunch time already and I'm starving. Gladly, after lunch since juniors are last to get lunch (which is odd) we go to eighth block and that is with Scott.

I spot him at the end of the table right by the windows munching on a sandwich.

I sat across from and say "Scott, you will not believe what happened in my art class today."

"You and your art drama, Scarlett." Scott laughs and continues.

"This guy named Zach Foreman apparently wants to nice to me all of the sudden. Unbelievable," I say "I mean just look at this at this stupid paper he gave to me expecting me to go to his party."

"You said Zach Foreman?" He says while examining the paper. "I hate him so much, since when does he invite people like us to parties like that? No offense."

"Scott, he is trying to play me," I inform him.

"Just look at this smiley face he put in the paper. He's obviously just trying to get in your panties." He complains. "Oh, and Im coming to over to your house today,"

"Good, my mom actually decided to share a room with my dad so I get my own actual room," I explain.

"Well finally. Every time Cassandra comes into the room she gives me these..looks."
