Chapter 1: Mt. Man & Red Riot

NO ONE'S POV:

(Kirishima & Y/N are walking with Fatgum, the hero they're work studying with, along with Amajiki.)

(Imagine Y/N is walking next to Kirishima.)

Fatgum: We've got idiots fighting nonstop on the streets these days. Can't eat enough to keep up. Anyway, the agencies around here have been wanting a close combat type. You two are just what the doctor ordered, Red Riot, Mt. Man.

Kirishima: I promise to do my best! Fourth Kind doesn't accept work students so I really appreciate you taking us on.

(Y/N): As do I.

(Y/N's thoughts): Yu actually cried when she found out I couldn't work study with her. I've got to make some time to see her...

Amajiki: If only Mirio had been around...

(Flashback of Kirishima & Y/N begging Amajiki to introduce them to whoever he's work studying with.)

Amajiki: Man, their persistence was terrifying.

(The four continue walking.)

Amajiki: Positivities not my strong suit.

Kirishima: I know how it is, sometimes when things get crazy I feel useless, too. There's a gap between me and classmates, and it's only getting wider. But I'm doing my best to close that gap so I can fight beside them.

(Y/N): Well, if you look back at USJ and training camp attacks, I was knocked out by villains. So I want to become strong enough to help protect the people I care about.

Kirishima: Like Kendo?

(Y/N): *blush*

(As the four are walking they overhear some criminals running & Fatgum catches them.)

Fatgum: Mr. Fat got a little hug for ya!

(One of the criminals slips away but gets caught by Amajiki's tentacles.)
