A boy is born, named Felix Belmont by his mother. His Father, Steven Belmont, and his mother, Sarah Leston, now named Sarah Belmont.

Steven is half Filipino. His ancestors, the Belmont Family fought off several anomalies in Dacia, during the 3rd Century. As the Roman Empire fell, so did they. In 1713, the remnants of the Belmonts migrated to British Americas. They took up local jobs in hunting anomalies like Wendigos. Eventually, several of them were drafted in the British Army in the 1750's during the 7 years war as the British Army are getting harassed by Wendigos at night.
During the American Revolution, 6 members of the family fled to the Spanish colony in the Philippines, as they were being persecuted for supporting British Rule. It didn't take long for them to find jobs involving hunting anomalies. "Aswangs" were the common mythological creatures roaming the streets at night, feeding on pregnant women and sucking people dry out of their blood. Soon the Americans took over and Steven's father, Joseph Belmont, migrated to Minnesota in 1920 at the age of 4. During World War 2, he fought the Japanese in Peleliu and the Philippines in 1944 and 45. After the War, he married in 1946 at the age of 27, he married Sarah Leston, an Australian and had a son named Felix Belmont.

Sarah Leston has a normal history. No interaction with Anomalies. Her ancestors were British who were sent to Australia after the American revolution.

Felix Belmont's past before being hired in the Foundation

At the age of 7, his father disappeared, without any traces of him leaving. According to his mother, he loves Martial Arts. At the age of 8, he took up Arnis Lessons from a local Filipino master that is a friend of his grandpa. With the amount of training he got, one could call him an expert. At the age of 10, he went on a vacation to Italy and learned HEMA Longsword from an Italian trainer. He only had 3 weeks of training as he lost interest in the Martian Art, believing that it would be of no use in a street fight. After the vacation, he went back home doing the usual things a kid his age would do. At the age of 15, he encountered his first anomaly during a boy scout camping trip in Oregon. A Wendigo they call it, and has claimed the life of 3 of his friends. Enraged, he grabbed his Bolo and a hunting knife from his tent. Despite the argument he had with his superior, who is named James Carson, he still went to find the creature, along with James following him, fearing that if the boy dies, he'd be guilty for failing to stop him. Eventually they find the Wendigo. After a few close calls, they managed to kill the creature. To avoid suspicion, they told the police that it was a bear that killed the 3 scouts at the camping trip, and that they failed to locate it.

2 years later, at the age of 17, he went to a vacation on his uncle's house, Mark Stanton in a town north of Los Angeles. During his stay, he encountered a changling named Carl. According to him, he's being hunted by hunters for a week for unknown reasons. Felix decided to assist him in escaping California by helping him sneak in a boat bound for Vietnam. Unfortunately, they were caught by the hunters while trying to hide Carl inside a container. Just before being captured, his uncle, Mark Stanton rescued him and captured the Hunters. As it turns out, his uncle is part of an Organization in securing dangerous anomalies for study and security. Carl was taken by the organization for safety, but is also given some freedom.

At the age of 20, he entered a Foreign Language College in Shinjuku City, Tokyo studying Japanese. Several students were reported missing 2 weeks after classes have started, without any clues leading to their disappearance. During Christmas, he discovered that one of his professors, an English Professor Blike Darwin, has been secretly smuggling chemicals harvested from Fukushima and Chernobyl, with the hopes of turning several of his test subjects into mutants. Turns out he's been the one kidnapping students and putting them under a coma. Of course, Blike wouldn't let this information leak out so he set Felix's apartment on fire, with him inside it. Luckily for him, he managed to escape through the back door and contacted his uncle warned him, and asked if the Foundation could lend a hand. The foundation was already on it's way as Carl had planted a device on his wrist watch to monitor him whenever an anomaly appears. He hangs up, and with nothing but his pocket knife, storms Blike's lab hidden below a basement in the University. He had to deal with several mutated animals like rats and birds, but the thing that almost killed him was a mutated monkey. With a lucky stab to the chest, the monkey falls and he confronts Darwin and ties him up until foundation task forces, along with the police arrived.

With the Foundation recognizing his experience, he was hired given the rank of Class of OPFOR. Although he still isn't granted access to any of the labs in Japan, he was given the task of an undercover agent, going around Japan, and later on, around the world to investigate anomaly sightings.

Sentients: are anomalies that are intelligent and play as common citizens of society

Predators: Creatures that live by instincts. They hunt their prey similar that of animals. These creatures have either isolated themselves from society, or is severely endangered with less than 200 of them left, according to 1990 Foundation statistics on anomalous predators. Strangely, these predators contain radiation similar to one glass of Uranium Waste.
