'wait...ill drive you home' ryan said and held onto my wrist

'no ill...ill walk' i stuttered and walked out into the street.

RYANS POV

I turned around and took a swing at my twin. I hit him straight in the nose.

'WHAT DID YOU DO TO KAIDA' i screamed and hit him again.

'nothing'

'then why is she crying and walking home in the rain with no fricken shoes on you stupid mutt' i growled.

'why do you care about her so much?' chase hissed.

'because maybe i like her' i mumbled.

'hahahaha and why would you like someone like her? The girl that just forced herself on me in front of kaida is more your type' he spat back at me.

'because kaida's kind and funny and to good for you...so im gonna go find the best friend iv ever had and im going to see if she's ok' i screeched and walked away.

'no..dont. i did this...i need to sort this out' i nodded for chase to go find her and whilst he was out i kicked everyone out of my house.

CHASE'S POV

I ran through the streets frantically searching for kaida. I saw a small purple figure walking slowly through the rain. Sobs echoed through my ears.

'KAIDA' i yelled and raced to her.

'what do you want chase? To rub it into my face that you like the slapper types?' the venom in her voice actually made me flinch...me of all people.

'no...i don't like her...i didn't kiss her she forced herself on me just before i saw you...i promise with all my heart'  i grabbed her dainty hand and held it over my heart. Belief, trust and relief shone through her mesmerising eyes.

'ok..i believe you but first of all' she sighed and pulled her hand out of mine and searched through her purse and pulled out a hankie. She wiped my mouth and then stuffed it back into her bag.

'i don't think you want her lipstick on your lips now do you? ' She chuckled as i moved closer to her. I bent down slightly and luckily she was wearing heels.

'but i wouldn't mind yours instead' i whispered and looked at her rosy lips. I pressed my lips to hers and wrapped my arms around her waist. After a few seconds she wrapped her arms around my neck and deepened the kiss. Reluctantly i pulled out of the kiss and pulled of my jacket. I held it out for kaida to put it on.

'i don't need a jacket' she said pushing it back to me.

'ill be offended if you don't let me give you my jacket like any gentleman would if you were with them' kaida grinned and pulled on my jacket. It buried her but it made her look cute...like a little girl in her mothers dress.

'thanks'

'thats what im here for' i chimed and wrapped my arm around her waist. She looked up from the ground and quizzed me with her eyes.

'is this ok...i can always keep my distance' i panicked  and pulled away before kaida caught my hand and brought it back around her waist.

'Hears just fine with me' she said snuggling into my side.

'its fine with me to' i whispered and kissed the top of her head. Kaida was defiantly a shifter but she was also my mate. But she doesn't know not yet...its only after the first kiss that the next day the female can tell.

'alright then...since we have a 20 minute walk i think we should have a question round' i chimed.

'sure' kaida smiled up at me.

'alright i want to know your favourite colour, lucky number, favourite animal and your favourite thing to do'

'jeez you don't want a lot do you'

'nope' i smirked.

'alright. My favourite colour is ice blue-' i cut her of.

'why?' i enquired.

'ugh fine...because its the colour of your eyes..Anyway My lucky number is seven i love white tigers but wolves beat them hands down and my favourite thing to do is sit on a couch cuddling into a very comfortable teddy bear and watching a movie..what about you' oh no..busted.

'ok but one more question...why would you want to cuddle a teddybear?' i asked.

'fine then i wont ever give you a cuddle' playfully she pulled away from me and pouted. Smiling i slid next to her and wrapped my arms around her.

'you can have a cuddle any time you want babes' i said crushing her to my chest.

'ok but i still want answers' she growled playfully.

'alright. Girls are always so pushy. My favourite colour is stormi blue, lucky number? 5 favourite animal is a female wolf and my favourite thing to do is this' i bent my head and pecked kaida on the lips.

'not bad...good taste' kaida commented.

'your lips do taste good' i muttered and kissed her again.

'alright stop it now...im losing my train of thought' kaida said whilst pushing me backwards.

We eventually made it to kaida's house were the lights were of.

'are your folks home?' i asked.

'i hope not' she whispered so low i almost missed it.

'why?' i asked.

'never mind..iv gotta go. Ill see you tomorrow' she kissed my cheek and walked around to the side gate. Silently i followed her and found kaida climbing up a tree and across a huge branch into an open window.

'Goodnight kaida' i sighed as the light went out.
