I had just awoken in a hospital bed, and I didn't recognize any faces around me or what had been happening . I wanted to panic and ask a million questions about what I was doing there, but i tried to stay calm and asked where I was.
The nurse who had just walked out from behind the curtain and began walking toward me answered my question. "You had taken a nasty fall from the top of a swing set when you were hanging upside down on the monkey bars with your friend Julie". As I tried to remember what happened and who Julie was someone "familiar" blasted threw the door yelling "where is Leah, where is Leah". The nurse tried to remove her from the room but she kept going to try to force herself into the room to see her daughter. (Me)
Deep down inside I tried to remember her face, but I just couldn't. whoever she was she had to have known me to go threw all that trouble.
