"Look Papa! The water is moving!," the child exclaimed in excitement as a droplet of water danced above her small hands.

"That's great sweetie"

"Do you think I can be a great hero with this quirk?"

"Of course sweetie"

Back then, the child could only know how to manipulate water. Until one time in elementary school.

"How boring. THAT'S your quirk?," one of the girls said to the child.

"There is no way YOU could be a hero with that kind of quirk," another girl continued. "Let's go, this isn't worth our time."

The little girl stood there, in the middle of the school playground. Tears feel from her eyes. Like rain drops on a car windshield.

And rain it came.

Little by little, rain began to pour. The children in the playground rushed inside. While the little girl didn't move. The school staff tried to come to her, but the rain was too hard.

The school called the little girl's parents. And when her parents came and the little girl saw them, the storm stopped.

"M-mommy," the little girl cried as she saw her mother walk to her. The girl was pale and was shaking.

"Don't worry sweetie, Mommy is here," her mother caressed her cheek and hugged her. Not so long after, the mother felt the body of the child fall into her arms.

It turns out that the girl used some of the water in her body to make it rain and was rushed into the hospital.
