Chp. 3/3 VidCon

A/N Kwite is literally the only person keeping me from thinking all men are trash. Also oh boy this one is gonna get long ow ow my tummy hurts

Y/N POV:

Mai and I just got done watching Cody and Noel's stand up show and we were heading to the fountain area. I saw my parents and walked over to them.

"Y/n, would you like to go to the roblox panel?" My mother asked. "We'll get to meet Flamingo and Dennis!!" Chase said excitedly jumping up and down. "Oh yeah that's fine" I responded.

🕐*TIME SKIP*🕔

We walked out of the dark room eyes adjusting to the hall's bright lights. The room was a bit dark because the youtubers ended up playing roblox. We ended up seeing update demos for some of roblox's most popular games. (I know I'm so gross)

I looked down to check my phone realizing that I had 15 minutes to go to the meet and greet with Kwite. "Hey mom! Is it fine if I head to the meet and greets at courtyard 3?".

"Sure thing! You'll just have to go with your father since me Chase, and Mai are gonna head to the ball pit with a bunch of arcade games around it." "That's totally fine" I responded.

I didn't hate my dad but he was never a fan of any guy I knew. I was worried he'd maybe scold me for hugging Kwite but it's whatever

My dad and I were walking then some guy who looked about my age who surprisingly pulled off a pokemon shirt with ripped jeans and a chain (OMG AAAH EBOY🧹🧹🧹) stopped in front of me leading to us crashing into each other.

"Omg I'm so sorry I didn't mean to hurt you, are you ok?" He reached out his hand to help me up. "Oh no it's fine" I responded gently while pulling myself up with his arm. he gives off band kid vibes but it's kinda nice. I glanced at my dad and he looked annoyed, I shrugged it off. "Is it fine if I take a picture of us? y/d/c/ from y/d/c/e is such a cool character!" He pulled out his phone that had a naruto case on it. "Oh that's totally fine! It's nice to find another y/d/c/e fan!" "

Oh wow a fellow nerd like me, he's surprisingly good looking too. All the guys I ever knew that were my age went to my school. They were either your stereotypical jocks who thought it was funny to moan in people's ears and say "BRO BUT DID I ASK??" or complete asshole basement dwellers who made the vtuber fandom toxic.

We took a picture he said his thank you and ran off. Me and my dad made it outside and I looked around till I saw Kwite and a pretty standard size line. He was taking a picture with that Cow Titty Milk girl from tiktok. I giggled and thought it was cute that he was wearing friggin cow ears. My dad and I got in line and waited.

Kwite's POV:
I was meeting fans when I saw them, the cosplayer. I made eye contact with them and smiled but I'm not sure if they noticed because of the sunglasses and the mask. Right after I took a few more pictures and said a bit more hi's I took a quick pause.

"I'll be right back, California sun really does something on a hoodie" I ran over to Diesel who was sitting down at the table making sure everything was in order, he sat by a box full of wonderful fan art and gifts (I'm sorry Diesel you're not an assistant you're a great friend :))

I grabbed a water bottle from under the table and drank some water under the mask. "The person! they're here! Pyro was right!" I excitedly whispered. "Great now get back to your meet and greet" Diesel said. I went back and took more pictures.

Y/N POV:
I was so excited I pulled out my phone and texted Mai. Y: Omg Mai I'm about to meet Kwite sjdjjt

3rd Person POV:
Mai sprung out from the ball pit pulling out her phone from her back pocket
M: Omg really!? Send pics !!
Y/N switched to her camera and took a kinda shakey zoomed in photo of him in the distance. He was a bit covered by some people but it's fine there was a line anyways.
Y: *sends pic*
*Mai hearts the message*
M: Omg I'm so happy for you !!

Y/N POV:
Y/n started to ramble on text. Y: I wanna hug him so bad UwU.. is that weird? Ugh what if he thinks I'm a stalker.. what if I'm creepy???? "Y/N,, Y/N? Y/N!" My dad said snapping me out of the spiral. "Y/N it's your turn" he pushed me and I lost my balance. I grabbed onto the closes object around me stopping myself from falling. I accidentally grabbed onto Kwite's shoulders and his hands grabbed onto my waist stopping me from hitting his face. He looked away and I noticed some creasing on his mask. W-was he smiling??

I let go embarrassed, and fixed my posture. "Omg! It's you! You're Kwite!" I excelled I put my hands on my face to cover up how ugly and blushy and excited I was.

He turned his focus to me again and I could tell he was a bit nervous. "Haha, the one and only baby!"

Darn he's so adorable "Can I hug you?" I asked. "Sure thing" he opened his arms and I rushed in. I was lowkey crying, his hoodie felt so soft and the sunlight warming the both of us made it even better. "Oh don't cry" he said patting my head. Omg I'm such a loser why am I getting so emotional.  He let go of me and whispered in my ear "here have this, message me any time you want". He handed me a folded sticky note from his pocket. I shoved it in my pocket surprised "Omg I love you so much!" I hugged him one more time. "Awww I love you too".

I let go and waved to him goodbye and he waved back smiling. Oh gosh I hope my dad didn't see the note. I looked down and shoved it in my pocket. "What a loser, he's wearing a hoodie and mask in 90 degree weather" my dad joked with me. "It's for privacy reasons dad" I explained. "Whatever" he looked so care free I smiled.

Me and my dad met up with my mom, Chase, and Mai. It was time for me and Mai to got to the other expo. Mai and I walked out the front door. As we were walking there I showed her the paper. "What's that?" She asked pointing to my hand. I waved it in her face just to show off "well I dunno Kwite just gave it to me". I opened it and I freaked out. She grabbed it and examined it.

"How and why'd you get Kwite's friggin discord!?" "I don't really know why he just gave it to me at the meet and greet". I saw Mai's face turn a bit unnerved.

Mai's POV: "What if he's some 25 year old groomer, is y/n safe with him? if anything happens I'll make sure I'm there for her, I' won't worry for now, but if he does pull something I'll kick his ass" I gave y/n a grin and handed the note back" just make sure you're safe" I said.

Y/N's POV: "why do you think he gave it to me?" I folded the note and put it in my pocket. "Are you stupid? he probably wants to go out with you or something" Mai said. "Bruh, but why tho? We probably live in different states" "hm, you never know. Plus no wonder why he gave you that note you look super cute today!" "Awww thanks  Mai"

We walked into the expo door and had a great time.
