chapter 17

~Maria's POV~

When we got to the next stop, which we had one more and then we go back home for a month or two, we were staying in a hotel for a couple of days. I grabbed my suitcase and walked to the hotel room after everybody left because I needed time to think, when I got to the door of the hotel I was swamped with fans and Mystic was barking at everyone. I dropped everything except for Mystic. I was terrified, they were yelling my name and crowding me, "Maria!! Sign this!" "Maria!! why are you here?!?!" "Maria! No one likes you! Ash is mine!" I tear up and grab my stuff and hold Mystic close and run through the crowd and I see Jinxx  and I run over and hug him tightly and softly cries. He hugs me as Mystic jumps down and runs to Andy who is a few feet over, "What happened?" I mumble somewhere around the lines of fans and I hear a gasp and I look over and see an older couple. I smile knowing who it it and i run over a hug them both. They introduced themselves as Chris and Amy and I stuttered, "C-can I c-call you m-mom and d-dad?" Amy teared up and nodded as she hugged me and Chris smiled and hugged me, "Of course you can darling..." I smile and look up at Andy who walked over and hugged all of us as a group hug. I heard someone yell "GROUP HUG!!" That's when everyone hugged us. I walked upstairs to mine and Cassie's room where I saw her bags packed and a sad look on her face. I look at her and she smiled, "I gotta go home, I got a call from my boss saying my vacation days are gone..." I nodded knowing this was gonna happen and I ran over and hugged her tightly, "I'm gonna miss you so much!!!" She smiled and sniffled, "I'll miss you too!" She grabbed her bags and went to the cab downstairs after she gave me an envelope and told me to give it to the guys. I walked out to Ash and CC'S room and let them read it, they gave me a sad expression and said "I'm sorry we know she was your best friend we wish she could've stayed..." I nodded and let the others read it and they said similar things. I never actually knew what she wrote I just let the guys read it. I walked out and I ran into CC and he smiled, "Can I talk to you in your room?" I nodded and we walked in there, "What's up?" I say. He sat down and I sat with him, "So, I wanted to tell you why I didn't want you to go out with you know who, and why I got mad when he asked you out,,,," I nod telling him to go on and he took a deep breath "Because I uh...wanted to hang out with you...yea that's right, so yea it wasn't a big deal I'll see you later......bye" He stated quickly and got up leaving me confused, "ok..." I called to him........well that was....uh, weird.
